Allocation of Banked Points

I need to confirm since I have canceled some reservations using banked points for my June 2022 use year. In order to use the banked points now showing in my account, can I just "modify" an existing reservation at the same resort that is using the June 2022 use year points? By adding a person for example, will that then allocate the freed-up banked points into this existing reservation, leaving only current use year points in my account??

If you now have banked points in the UY of a current trip, then you can simply modify that trip, don't change a thing...don't need to add a person unless you really are...follow to the end, make sure the contract that holds the banked points is checked...if you have more than one...and book it again.

It will pull in the banked points...there is a screen right before booking that sometimes make it appear it won't happen, but it does!
