Alligator Buildings

Are any of these buildings renovated? Which ones are good ones to stay in?

Welcome Hascrazymom. I take it you are referring to Port Orleans Riverside ?
If so they have been renovated - paint, bedspreads, carpets etc. Building 14 is a good and v. popular choice. Close to food court.

All of the buildings at POR are great! Some are just closer to the main building than others. Building #14 in the AB is popular. We just stayed in Acadian House and enjoyed that. We also stayed in the AB in '99. Anyway, here's a photo of an AB building to hold you over.

You'll really enjoy this resort! And, don't miss Bob "The Piano Man" Jackson performing in the River Roost Lounge. He definitely provides hilarious, family-oriented entertainment at a great price (free!).

Just spoke with POR the other day - some are not yet done, including building #14. If you want to be sure you are in a renovated building be sure to include it in your requests

We unfortunately stayed at the Alligator Bayou, bldg. 24, room 2435, for 2 days and it had not been renovated. Make sure you make your room requests as early as possible.
