Are there any places in Coronado Springs Resort where you can eat gluten and dairy free?

Almost all the Disney restaurants offer an allergy menu and you can ask to speak to the manager at a QS or Chef at a TS restaurant.

I didn't have a DF meal but I eat GF and El Mercado del Coronado made me a delicious meal, just had to ask. Sometimes an allergy chef will come talk to you, just go up to a section like ordering normally and ask.
