Hi all! PK just turned 18 last week. Where does the time go? She's also been accepted to two colleges, her marching band finished fifth at Nationals in their division and they won best color guard (which PK is in) and best percussion. And we bought her prom dress for June this past weekend. Yes I know the prom is still six months away but all the spring lines are out and there are no waits at the prom stores. It's been a whirlwind lately leading up to the holidays. But I'm enjoying every last minute of it with her. As for holiday shopping, nope, nothing done and not feeling it. Guess it will take care of itself. My tree has been up for about 2 weeks (or is it 3)? Had some surgery scheduled so I figured if it was going up at all, it needed to be up early. Surgery was postponed but at least I won't have to spend my Thanksgiving weekend decorating.

You sure it's just not running after the 'bets? My biggest problem is I'm usually hot but my hands and feet are freezing. Probably more a medical issue than a mother nature issue.

Could it be a circulation issue?

I think mine is definitely a hot flash. Only about one a day. I suddenly get hot and grumpy! Time to back off from mama! I think I'm entering this phase a bit early, but since it's the peri part, I'm sure I still have awhile to enjoy it.

Who knows? I've been to all of my doctors and it's not all the time. Right now I've got enough going on without pushing the issue further.

As for Peri, I'm still waiting to meet her. Nothing, no signs at all.
