I saw that. It's in the AllEars Weekly newsletter distributed by email on June 4, 2013.
The newsletter includes a note in which a reader describes how much money he saved using a specific vacation home provider rather than staying at a Disney Moderate. The paragraph ends with this sentence: "With our savings, we were able to buy theme park tickets and an all-week premium parking pass for Disney, SeaWorld tickets, and a $145 reservation at Splitsville!"
I've never heard of an "all-week premium parking pass for Disney." All I think of is that this person was trying to say he could pay for Disney theme park parking every day (and other things) with the savings. (Parking would have been free if he and his family had stayed at a Disney property.)
