All the questions, need all of your advice please!

We've stayed at Marriott Newport Coast Villas several times and once we went for a day to DL. We thought "it's only a 30 minute drive to DL so we should be fine starting at 7:00 to get there for opening". But you also need to allow another 30 min for parking and getting to the front gate.

This is true and that is a minimum. I live 45 minutes drive away and on average it's always 90 minutes from the time I leave my house until we walk through the gates at the park. Sometimes on very uncrowded mornings, I can make it happen in 75 minutes.
