All Stars to Universal - Lynx?

This should make many of you proud.

As a lifelong Disney freak, I am finally going to make the trek over to Universal.

I just don't know how to get there!

We'll be staying at All Stars Sports. The plan was to take the Lynx to Universal. Does anyone know how?

Here are my main Q's:

1. Lynx picks up at TTC & Downtown Disney, right? Which is better? (And do busses run from All Stars to Downtown early enough in the morning to get to Universlal by 9AM or so)
2. How long of a ride is it? When should I leave All Stars to get to Universal around opening?
3. It is a straight shot from there, or are there transfers?
4. Does it let off AT Universal, or NEAR Universal?

Anything else I should know?

It takes about 2 hours to get from Universal from Disney. It is not a direct route and does include at least one transfer in downtown Orlando. I'd suggest calling Mears transporation as they will have a direct route and will pick you up at your resort. You can call them 24 hours before you want to go: (407) 423-5566. I believe the price is $16 round trip per person from Disney resorts to Universal and back.

I totally agree with Phamton, you'd waste a lot of time on Lynx, I tried it and it was way over 2 hours, we hit a lot of traffic and the bus makes soooo many stops, it was ridiculous. I've also done it with Mears which was much, much better. Mears is the way to go IMHO! HTH
