Anyone else booked into an All Star resort for Sept. 2011?

Is it crazy that I already have a pretty workable itinerary made for this trip, including restaurants? Can you tell That I'm a wee bit overly excited about this? Am I asking enough questions for you yet?!

Seriously, though, post if you're doing an AS in 9/2011 :thumbsup2

Just over a year, it's not too early to make some plans and get some ideas. We will be at the Movies 9/22 - 9/29.

We're booked at Movies for 9/28 - 10/3, but I think I'm going to try to get us moved to Music for the refurbed rooms.

Called the other night and added a 6th night to our trip, allowing us a 4th Disney park day AND another table service credit on the DDP! Le Cellier, here we come!

ETA: have also decided to keep our ressie at ASMo. We stayed at ASMu and POP before the refurbs and loved it, so I figured this wouldn't be too much of an issue :)

HA! You sound like me!! We are booked for 14 nights at the ASMu Family Suite from Sept. 24-Oct 8 with Free Dining. We upgraded to the regular plan for a whopping total of $308!!!! I have all our restaurants picked out and a working plan based on this years park recommendations. We want to do the MNSSHP one night and are still debating on whether or not to brave the probable crowds on Oct. 1 for MK's 40th Bday!!!

Wow, 2 whole weeks!

And free dining the whole time!!! It's our first trip and if we are lucky enough to return it won't be for awhile since I'll be starting nursing school shortly afterwards.

Aw, ya'll are gonna have the best time! Definitely take advantage of the free dining and do Chef Mickey's. DH and I did before we even had a kid, and it was the most fun meal we've ever had on Disney property (and we've been on 4 separate WDW trips together)!

And unfortunately, I'm going to have to abandon my own thread soon...we're in the midst of doing a DVC point rental to stay at AKV instead and will be cancelling our ASMo ressies as soon as that is confirmed. pixiedust: to all!

Thanks! If I could switch to DVC I would! Actually our timeshare trades into DVC so I'll be keeping my eyes open for an opening just in case I get lucky!

Well good luck to you then! If you end up at AKV, maybe we'll be there at the same time :)
