All Stars and DxDP 2019

Hey everyone!
I'm planning my first trip with my boyfriend in September 2019 and I've been comparing 2 moderates with the DDP and the All Stars with the DxDP. Has anyone ever gone deluxe dining with a value resort or is that just crazy?
I only ask because I'm so used to eating deluxe when I go with family, and it's cheaper that the moderates with the normal plan.

This is what we did one year.
Stay at the All Stars and deluxe dining.
It was so much fun.
We ate everywhere we ever wanted to eat.
CRT,California Grill,Citricos,Narcosses,Jiko,Boma,Brown Derby,Sci Fi,Prime Time,BOG,all the Character meals.
Breakfast at the Wave in the Contemporary was amazing.
