All Star Sports-Refurbishing?

I saw someone mention that they're refurbing the *** resort and I'd like to know how distracting that would be for my stay. I've got a temp ressie from Dreams Unlimited and would like to know before I finalize plans with them or go thru Orbitz and aim for POP again...
