All Star Sports and Coronado Springs

We are currently booked in a tower room at CR the first week of Dec.
We are looking to add our son and his family but no availability at CS.
ASSports does have a standard room available.
How inconvenient would it be with the family split between these two resorts?
It looks to be a couple miles away.
We will have a rental car and could pick them up for the parks.

Also, does Sports have a little fridge for baby food?
We've never stayed at the values before.

All rooms have fridges now. I don't see an issue with traveling parties being in separate hotels onsite unless you wanted to go to the pool...which in December could be an iffy proposition anyway.

Honestly my family vacation next year we're all in different places....and nobody thinks it's going to be a big deal. We'll meet up at x time.

We stay at different resorts at least for part of our stay on purpose. It is nice to be together, but sometimes a break apart is good too. We have never found it to be a problem. we just arrange how we will meet up.

Have you considered a split stay? Perhaps they could stay some nights at CSR and the rest at ASSp.

There is no availability at CSR. That would have been our preference.
Sports was one of the few rooms available (just about 5 weeks out here).
We are not familiar with either of these resorts of the proximity but they look pretty close on the map.
We will have a rental car, the other party will not.

Sports and Coronado are only a couple miles from each other, pretty much a straight shot drive between them .

Yes they aren’t far from each other. You could also each take the bus to the park from each of your resorts and meet up somewhere at the entrance to the park, such as guest services which is before you go through security check and enter then turnstiles.

Sorry, I meant: did you go and check availability for shorter stays or individual nights or even longer stays? Sometimes MDE will show no availability for all your dates, but if you play around with it you can get some of the days you are looking for. If you look at a longer stay, sometimes there will bar availability, as well. Looking at your entire stay only will not reveal this. If you found a shorter length of stay available, perhaps you could then book ASSp for the remainder of the days.

Or, perhaps you tried this already.......just a thought.
