We are first timers to DW. We went through AAA and will be staying in the preferred rooms which I am told is the Calypso. On our confirmation just received from AAA there is nothing concerning our room numbers. We have requested adjoining rooms as we are a family of 5. My 21 year old and 17 year old will have their own room. Does anyone have any suggestions on good quiet rooms in the Calypso and how do you go about requesting them.

When I requested my rooms at the ASMu resort, I called them directly. I asked for a non-smoking room in the Jazz building. When we arrived, that wasn't available, but what was given to us was even better. It was the Calypso building which at that time was not considered preferred. I WAS VERY HAPPY! DH and I were on the bottom floor and had no problem with noise above us. We were on the opposite side of the pool facing the parking lot and we couldn't complain about that either. I suppose if you really want to guarantee a quiet room, then I would request something on the 3rd floor.
I can't give you the direct number for the Allstars as my DU agent found it for me and emailed it to me at my request.
I do hope I've helped.
