Has anyone stayed in both? Trying to plan a trip for 5 adults and one infant, and debating the pros and cons of the two rooms. My main concern on Music is the size of the pull out beds. Has an adult slept one of the twin pullouts comfortably? And would we be able to move it into the bedroom area where the queen bed is? Trying to make my 19 year old dd as comfortable as possible since she most likely will have to sleep on it but would prefer not to be sleeping in the same room as my SIL. I may just get 2 value rooms, still debating.

While I'm not experienced with the suites to answer the main question, but they seem to target parents with several young kids so they can all stay in one (nicely themed) unit together. Splitting up into two rooms (where you'd need an adult in each) is inconvenient in those cases, less so when you've got that many adults.

I think you'd actually be saving money getting two rooms... I don't know your dates but you could probably even get two moderate rooms (with 2 queen beds each) for not much more than a value suite.

[Edit]Had to edit because I didn't realize the suites had 2 baths!

The main reason I'm considering the suites vs a regular room is just in case my SIL doesn't come, I didn't want my daughter and her baby alone in a room and unfortunately we won't know until last minute. But if we could get adjoining rooms that wouldn't be a problem, however disney wont guarantee it.

Yes, I have stayed in both, and AoA suites are much, much better in terms of both theming and set up. The murphy bed with the table is a great feature. Also, for 5 adults, I would definitely steer you towards AoA since the pull outs are smaller.

The thing that AoA has going for it over the suites at the Music is that the sleeping spaces are somewhat separated. Both resorts have one real bedroom, but at AoA the 2 fold outs are a bit more separated than the ones at the Music. I'm trying to remember, but I don't think you could fit one of the fold outs into the bedroom at the Music. You could put one in the little nook that is the kitchenette. And even hang a curtain for a bit more separation if you like.

Something to keep in mind is that the suites at AoA are quite a bit more expensive than the suites at the Music. Usually over $100 a night more.
