Visiting in June 2026 and staying at ASM. My daughter, her husband, toddler and infant are going as well. I know the value rooms are smaller than moderates, but is it remotely possible for them to have 2 pack/plays in there? I know about the family suites but they are significantly more per night, and I anticipate that they are very popular so wouldn't be surprised if they are already taken. Our trip has been booked for months, but they just decided to go with us, so I'm hoping we can work this out.
Thanks-

It sounds like your original party was already 2 adults. I am pretty confident that only 1 child under 3 can be added above the 4 person occupancy limit on regular rooms.

Aside from that, I would be looking for a way to not be 3 or 4 adults + kid(s) in one value room. I know that some families would be fine, but that would not be my choice. FWIW the ASMu family suites are awesome... in preferred buildings with a full size refrigerator and microwave. It may not always be the case, but often you can find a value resort option where getting 2 standard rooms is less expensive than the ASMu Family suite. (When searching, be sure to adjust the occupancy accordingly. 2 adults in a standard room is a little less $ than 3 or 4 adults in the same room.)

(I can't speak to whether or not two pack and plays can fit with the second bed down.)

I'm sorry for the confusion...no, my husband and I have our own room already booked. My daughter will be 2 adults, 2 kids ages 2 and 6 months, so only 4 total in that room. She is just very concerned about needing 2 pack and plays. Our last trip, her daughter was 1 and in that room at all star movies, they could have fit 2 pack and plays, one on each side of the counter. However, our room beside them had a longer counter. Just some uncertainty there. Sorry for the confusion in my initial post.

Thanks for your reply! Sorry for the confusion though, no, they will have 2 adults, 2 kids in their room. We have our own room. Our last trip in 2024, we all stayed at all Star movies and their room would have had room for 2 pack/plays, one on each side of the counter. However, our room, next door to them, had a longer counter so they were a bit different in that respect. If anyone would happen to have pictures of their room set up with 2 pack/plays, I would love to see them.

Oh! Thanks for the clarification! Totally misinterpreted your question. If the second bed is going to stay up, I would think there is room for two pack n plays... but I would definitely want someone who knows better to chime in. I'm almost two decades past traveling with such gear :-)

Also, I would keep an eye out for summer deals! You might find that when deals come around, you would be able to get a price of a moderate so you have more room, or a room like the 5th sleeper at POR.

This would be great... We have always stayed at POR until last year, but I really did like ASM last year. We have another Daughter and her family with us as well, and they prefer to stay value unless the deal would make it equivalent to stay moderate. I think we all prefer to stay together. Thank you!

Since the second queen at All Stars is a Murphy bed, I think it could work. It might take some creative arrangement, but I think it's possible

I’ve always been curious about the All star resorts. The movie ones look fun!
