FYI. Checked in yesterday. Building 10 rooms 420 and 418. (got another group arriving in 419 today. 420 does not have a refrigerator but 418 does.

I doubt it but they have them in the food court for anyone to use.

You can only request a fridgerator for medical reasons but are free to use the microwave in the food court.

Yes you can. There are preferred rooms in Calypso and standard rooms in Jazz. The suites and rooms are mixed through the buildings. It is possible to be side by side which in Disney speak is adjoining.
