I tend to like all of the All-Star resorts better than Pop, although it's close.
You will find ASMO very similar to Pop in most respects; the rooms are almost identical, the buildings are laid out pretty much the same, and amenities are all very similar.
Pop has somewhat better bus service, because it doesn't share busses. But Pop's busses are always full to the point of SRO.
Pop's beds are bricks. The beds at ASMO are much more comfortable.
Pop's food court is excellent, but I like the food courts at the All-Stars better; the menus are very similar, but I think the quality and the service at the All-Stars are slightly better. You also don't have to walk through the gift shop to get to the food courts, or vice versa, at the All-Stars.
The pools at the All-Stars are all very similar in size and depth to the pools at Pop.
If you have a car, you will find parking at the All-Stars to be far more plentiful and closer to the buildings than at Pop.
In my experience, the All-Stars are much quieter than Pop these days. Music is the quietest, but my stay at Movies last week was also very peaceful and I enjoyed it thoroughly.
