All Star Movies Room Request

What should I request if not staying in preferred sections. My family would like Toy Story but that is preferred so what's the next best request for proximity to food court, away from pool, quiet?

We have stayed there in 1999 but I cannot remember what was good beside Toy Story. We stayed in the section but that was before there was an upcharge.

From what you stated I would word my request as "close to food court and non pool facing". This way the room assigners know what you are looking for in a room location and will up your odds of getting what you want.

Is the theming better at one section over another? My kids don't really know Herbie outside the HS stunt show and have never seen the Mighty Ducks so I think that one would be our last choice.

We don't feel the any of the themes are better than another.

I believe that your standard rooms are going to be in Mighty Ducks (which is a really cute area) with easy walk, and Love Bug.

I agree if you put in your requests for no specific section and just put close to transportation, you may get at least a good spot. I just got back from Sports, always stay standard. Every trip I have put in a specific section. This time I just put in close to transportation .... was upgraded to preferred in Surfs up with only a few minute walk.

I requested Mighty Ducks for our standard room later this month because it is also very close to All Star Music and you can quick cross the street to use their food court and bus stops.

I did check and saw that Mighty Ducks and Love Bug are the only 2 standard. That's cool that you can use the AS Music bus stop.
