Just for clarity: At Value Resorts it is called Luggage Assistance, not Bell Services. Luggage is delivered on preset scheduled rounds, not on demand like a true Bell Services. If you want your luggage later at night, it might take a long time to be delivered to you.

I have a follow up question to this. We are moving form AKL to Movies for the last night of our stay. If we have our luggage transferred from AKL to movies, can we pick it up ourselves when we return form the parks rather than waiting for it? We will be after 10pm.

Depends if you get there when Luggage Assistance is still open.

Luggage Assistance will be "open" whenever OP gets back to the resort. Somebody will be there. Have to be. They won't/can't deliver luggage after 10, but it can't be held hostage, either.

Unless things have changed recently,Luggage Assistance at the All-Star Resort is only staffed from 7:00 AM-11:00 PM.

I have read reports of Guests asking the Front Desk for help in this area outside of posted hours with varying degrees of success.
