All Star Bus

I would like to take a small cooler to the water park. (one that holds maybe a few sandwiches or about 6 can drinks). Will they let me get on the resort bus with it?

I wouldn't see why not, you aren't supposed to eat or drink on the bus, but if it's in the cooler it should be fine.

You might double check that you can take it in the water park though, I don't know if they allow coolers.
