I hope you guys that are missing points will follow up and let us know how things end up. I'll be really interested to know if you end up calling in like we had to do. I'd hate to think this is going to become standard practice for Chase.

I called to confirm that I had signed up, because of the email and not receiving my bonus rewards either.

The man on the phone confirmed that I was indeed signed up. He then told me that after the December cut off date, that they would total my purchases, and that I would get another 4x credit then.

Might not be able to use them for our January trip, but should have plenty for my August trip.

That sounds like it's going to be a lump sum not monthly like in the past.

I am so happy to know that I wasn't the only one wondering where my bonus points were at!! Hubby and I have been using the card like crazy and I was very disheartened to not see them, but since our next trip isn't until summer I can wait. Thanks for posting that they will be issued after the promotion!

I've been pretty sure that Disney used the same chimps that they did to distribute the PIN codes for 5X rewards but then I got to thinking....
It's probably Chase that makes those decisions, don't you think? Do you guys mind sharing if you have other relationships with Chase? (or has this already been covered here?)

I have no other relationship with Chase. Last year I received the offer 3 times. All had the 4 categories and thresholds of $250 or $500 each time. I did not get the offer for the first 3 quarters of this year. I did get it for Oct - Dec with a $250 threshold but no categories - good on all purchases. In the past, Chase credited me say for Oct bonus portion on my Nov stmt. This time, not so. A previous poster that called said they were told it will be 1 posting after the entire promo ends. I guess we'll have to wait and see. I hope I have mine by my Jan stmt since we are visiting WDW in early Feb. I did put almost everything on it since I could also earn up to $200 in the bonus portion. (it was $100 on past offers) The only thing I have done is refer a few new Chase customers over the past 2 years (bonus of $25 per new person that applied and was approved)

Lucky that you got them before going to WDW! Are they from the current Oct - Dec offer or the previous Jul-Sept?

I'm patiently waiting (again) too; my statement closes on the 18th, and I didn't yet get the bonus rewards from October...I've been doing some MAD charging too, so I'm well over my $750 minimum...I'm hoping I'll at least get some of the bonus points for next month's trip, if I don't, we'll probably use them for our DVC fees.

We have also gone mad charging, mine closed on the 10th and no bonus yet. I think I actually hit my maximum bonus around Thanksgiving. I am keeping my fingers crossed for another bonus Jan-March, I need surgery on the 28th and the co-insurance/co-pay bills will be coming in mid-January!

I did get bonus rewards on this statement but I can't get the math to work out to what we got. I am just happy to see some of the bonus points come in, and I'm glad that we should get another batch right before our January trip.

Yeah my statement ended on the 13th and 54 bonus showed up under a 4x rewards catergory. I know oct is should have had 25 and nov 84, so they must have cut it off on like the first and figured it out for the month of oct say, not according to the 13th statement date? I will wait next month for more. This is the first time I have had an offer, and definetaly maxed out my reward!

Regular Disney Dollars are earned on your regular stmt cycle. The bonus portion is on the ACTUAL month (1st through monthend) It's a pain to keep track of the bonus especially if you have categories and the threshold. You will earn the Oct bonus on Oct 1-Oct 31.
