All of my DMR Points are Gone!

Just logged into my DMR account to enter a code and noticed that all of my points are gone. We are talking thousands of points. In addition, all of my unlocked offers such as my digital movies are also gone.
Anyone else having this problem?

This has happened to me before. If you don't log in within *I think 6 months* they close your rewards. If you send an email, I think there was a FAQ about it under help, they will reinstate them. Now I have to make sure that I log in every few months or sooner.

I just logged in about a week ago to enter the code from my Snow White dvd so I don't think that is the problem. I usually log in about once a month just to stay current. My DD is also missing all of her points in her account. I did send them an email so I guess I will just have to wait to hear back from them.

I just had this happened and called and they reinstated them. The agent told me I had to have 'points activity' every so often (I think one time a year?) So adding points or spending them.

I had this happen, also. I figured they were just gone, but maybe I'll try to email them. Can't hurt!
