...why these shutters are hanging lop-sided???

It's a Disney Secret, so I had to take a picture of them!

During Reolutionary War times metal was very precious so they hung their shutters with leather. It would stretch and cause the shutters to sag. (DH took the KTTK tour!)

Wow, that is a blast from the past!
