Here is a nice quiet pic.

Where is that?

Looks like the back of UK shops---we had a nice cool iced tea at that table with the umbrella.

This was at Club Cool in 2006. I'm not sure if they are still available or not. Maybe someone who was there recently can confirm that.

The build-your-own-cups were still at Club Cool in August this year.

Question: Does anyone know what that big blue building is behind Canada? We saw that a few weeks ago while wandering around WS and couldn't figure it out.

Think its the Soarin' building...someone will correct me if wrong...and what an eye sore from this angle..:sad2:

according to 3 seperate tags on the Google Earth Community layer in Google Earth, it's the World Showcase Events Pavilion. From the aerial images it looks like there's an entrace to it between Canada and England.

If you look at google earth you can tell the shape of it really only makes that big of an eyesore from that angle (and that google earth is having an issue with the wrong image being over the England area if you're at a certain zoom level)

The buiding in the picture is actually not the one directly behind Canada (the events building); it is actually the Soaring building (as another psoter stated). If you look at the shape you can tell the difference.

from the angle it looked like it's at and how big it looks compared to what I see on google earth it didn't look like it could be soarin...
now that I pulled up the 3d buildings layer I see you're right

That's what I was thinking. I've never noticed it before. I'm surprised the imagineers couldn't have come up with a better placement for that building, whatever it is.

The first time I saw a similar shot, I thought the same as you. It is a deceiving angle.
