that is a very cool pic! especially with Launchpad.. never seen him up on stage like that.. what is going on in this picture???

After (almost) every performance of Cinderella's Surprise Celebration (performed in MK 2001-2005), characters would come out for meet n greets in front of the Castle, and then when their sets were over, they would all gather on the stage for the sole purpose of posing for pictures. I remember Mickey would say something like "All right, now let's pose for everybody over here" and the characters would keep switching positions until they had posed for people on the left, right, and in front of the stage. It was short, but was a great photo op! I'm not sure if they had a real name for it, though.
