Okay, is anyone else having Deja vous here? What's up with the Bianca prom deal? Didn't we just go through this two years ago with the prom and Leo or someone taking her? I could have sworn that she was supposed to be starting PVU last fall! Remember all of those bratty snots doing all of the drugs and all? That was right before she was supposed to have prom and graduate wasn't it? I seem to recall Erica talking to Bianca about what classes she would be taking at PVU. Am I just imagining all of this?
Oh, and a funny line from last week--when Leo said to Greenlee that they would be dancing "cheek to chest" again in no time! LOL! She is so short, and he is very tall. I just loved that comment.

SueEllen-I thought Binks was going to PVU as well. SHe did a study thing last year. I only watched sporadically last week, what is up with the prom deal? I wouldn't pretend to be gay just to help a friend !

I also caught the "cheek to chest" comment, loved it.

Anyone else watch classic weddings on SoapNet last night? Don't the old shows seem so cheezy compared to now? The "real" Kendall, Sarah Michelle Gellar, was on. I liked her so much more!

Yes, he's leaving. It was confirmed a couple of weeks ago. Here's a link to the story on SoapCentral:

Mark Consuelos is leaving "temporarily" too. He's supposedly just taking a 3 month leave to film a movie. Mateo will be recast while he's gone.

Random rambling thoughts for the day:

Leo, Greenlee & Monsieur Wolfie

How perfect was the actor cast as Marius Wolfe, private secretary to Count du Pres?! I thought he was great as the snooty French thug. LOL! Then, after he left, Greenlee and Leo kept referring to him as Wolfie. It also gave Greenlee the opportunity to toss out a couple of zingers at her future mother-in-law.

Leo: "Well, you saw the way he iced up when I mentioned Vanessa's name.
Greenlee: "That old bat would freeze anyone's blood."
Leo: "I think I scored a hit there. I really do. I would bet a million Euro bucks that Vanessa and the Count and Wolfie are all connected somehow. I bet that her name will open up doors for us."
Greenlee: "Vanessa's name would open up the gates of hell." (bahahaha!)

Later Leo tells Greenlee, “I gotta admit I expected something a little warmer and fuzzier than a punch in the stomach.” (Poor, Leo! )

After Greenlee answered the phone, she put her hand over the mouthpiece and said to Leo, “It’s our ham-fisted friend, Wolfie. He wants to talk to you.”

Okay, I can tell one is Greenlee and another is Palmer with horns (LOL!) but who are the other 3 suppose to be? Is the one with the high forehead and widow's peak suppose to be David? There is another of a young man with a huge mouth. Is that Leo? And then there is one of a woman with short, dark hair. Who is that suppose to be - Anna, Erica? Or maybe it's Vanessa and they were all drawn in her Rosey persona.

Just curious what everyone else thinks. We got to see the sketches quite a bit today but I'm still stumped on some of them.

Chris and Erica

Erica was in classic form today.

Erica: “Your dirty little secret is out, Chris. Well, no one – NO ONE – cheats on Erica Kane and gets away with it.”

I loved the confused looks Chris was giving her. Then later during her tirade he says, “What? Are you sniffing glue? You’re talking Looney Tunes here!” (Hey, are they allowed to say Looney Tunes on a Disney-owned network? )

Erica and Opal

I’ve always loved this relationship. I cracked up when Opal stepped over stuff strewn all over the floor to get into Erica’s office bringing her a care package – “sort of a fire safety kit” – to find Erica ripping up papers. She pulls out a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and “Oh, what have we here? A tiny slipper I found outside. Looks like yours. What’s up?” I like Opal telling Erica like it is. She doesn’t pull any punches. Erica always initially blows off Opal’s theories but it gets her thinking.

Trey and Vanessa

I thought it was funny how Trey got Vanessa to appear today. He said, “Rosey, let Vanessa out or I’ll pitch Angie Dickinson for the lead in The Innocent Dame.” LOL! That did it! Then he told Vanessa that Leo was in Paris. “France, not Texas.” LOL! Maybe I just found this funny because I’m a Texan but it really cracked me up. Then when he asked if Count du Pres was Leo’s father she slipped back into Rosey. Marj Dusay has been fantastic in this role! I really hope it is revealed that someone else is Proteus and Vanessa is released from Oak Haven and allowed to stay in Pine Valley. I’ll really miss her if she leaves.

David and Anna

Someone wake me when these two either break up for good or quit bickering constantly! Although with the addition of the hottie nephew, Aidan, I may be able to stay awake when he’s in the scene.

We returned from WDW yesterday ( ) and haven't had a chance to catch up on the show yet, so I've fought myself from reading everyone's posts. In fact, I actually averted my eyes while scrolling down to Aprille's most recent post, before responding! Will try to catch up by Thursday - we're 6 episodes behind, now!

No, it's not Alex's son. Apparently they had another sister, Lindsay, who died very young while Aidan was still a baby. And I got the impression that Lindsay was older than Anna and Alex and that they didn't know anything about Aidan until now.

Awww, Sherry, I’m sorry. But I liked it when Ryan figured out Kendall had seen Erica and that’s why she was all down on herself and he said to her, “What the hell is wrong with you?!” LOL! She keeps going and thumping Erica on the nose and then is shocked when the truth is thrown in her face. I’m so sick of Kendall’s whining.

Kendall: “God knows you never gave me anything unless you want to count rejection, hatred, disgust…”
Erica: “I gave you LIFE.” (Excellent point! Not that it matters when you’re talking to someone who won’t listen.)

I didn’t like it when Ryan professed his love for Kendall either but then I got to thinking that if they break up she won’t leave town with him. PLEASE let her leave town with him!!!

What planet did Hayley wake up on today?! I couldn’t believe my ears when she was telling Mateo that Arlene would never do anything to endanger Enzo’s life. Huh? After everything Arlene has done in the past?! And this is coming from a fellow alcoholic?!

I about fell out of my chair when Arlene told Mateo her liver was a bust. Well, DUH!!! This was the dumbest storyline in a long time. I’m glad it brought Arlene back for a few episodes but I never bought into the fact that her liver could possibly be viable for a regeneration transplant.

Have I mentioned I’m not real thrilled with the whole sick kid storyline?! And was Hayley crying over the baby today at the end of the show? She was hanging over the side of his hospital bed. Hopefully he was away having tests or something because I would think that it would be very traumatic for him to see his mom losing it like that. But then I guess he might as well get use to it. He comes from a bloodline of alcoholic lunatics.

What’s the deal with this letter sent posthumously to Chris by Ryan’s mom?! Why wouldn’t she have tried to find Chris and tell him the truth when her scumbag husband died? Oh, right. This is a soap. Let’s not try to inject LOGIC into it!

According to the previews Leo will meet Count du Pres tomorrow. I also read on the PVB boards that Maria will make another appearance tomorrow. Let’s see – we got the back of her head last time. I wonder what body part we’ll be treated to this time.

Good point, Aprille. If my beloved Ryan must go he might as well take that psycho with him!!

I don't like the Arlene storyline either. Everyone knew her liver would be shot...duh....she's been an alcoholic most of her life. But now that opens it up for Maria to come in and save Enzo!

OhMyGosh! How funny were Roger and Mary today?!

Roger: “You look magnificent, Mary. As lovely as when we first met.” (pause) “How much work have you had? Really, really, I’m curious what it takes to keep one’s self up.” (gesturing with his hands palms up in front of his chest) LOL!

Later in the conversation…
Roger: “Greenlee is our daughter.”
Mary: “No she’s not! She was my daughter from the day she was born! My responsibility! My headache!”
Roger: “Your maternal instincts bring tears to my eyes.” bahahaha!!

Then Mary’s dad interrupts them. I think we now know why he and Greenlee’s grandmother haven’t been in the picture again until now. No love lost between Woodrow and Mary. It appears Mary is only there helping Greenlee with the wedding because Daddy Dearest has threatened to cut her out of the will if she doesn’t. No wonder Greenlee is so screwed up! LOL!

Oh, and for whoever it was that asked the other day about Roger and Mary’s marital status – it was confirmed today by Mary that they are divorced.

I think Brooke and Tad got more than they bargained for in their therapy session today. I cracked up when Tad said something like – what happened to this is a good place to stop the session?!

I can’t believe Brooke asked Edmund if it would be okay if Tad accompanied her to look for this mysterious person (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) who is supposedly a possible donor for Enzo. And he says it’s okay!!

Brooke: “You are the most loving, giving, wonderful person.”
Edmund: “Yeah, yeah, yeah. My fiancé keeps raising the generosity bar.” (I’ll say!! )

Loved the Leo/Count du Pres scenes. I felt so bad for him when he told the Count the story of seeing him once at a ski resort when he was a little boy and how he wanted to call out to him. I just wanted to hug him – in a maternal way, of course!

Exactly how many brain cells has Mia lost since she landed in PineValley?! I can’t believe she lied to Liza about Jake spending the night in her room. Of course it plays right into Adam’s hand since he’s gaslighting his wife – again. Different wife, same scheme. You’d think Mia would snap when Jake said it wasn’t his cufflink. Hello?! Then how did it get in her bed?! Think, Mia! Think!

What do you know? We got to see Maria’s face today. Sort of. At least the part that wasn’t covered by the scarf and big sunglasses. Does she think she’s Lana Turner or something?! I guess not because when asked her name by the hotel clerk she said it was Maureen S. Gorman. So it appears she’s on the move just as Brooke and Tad are coming looking for her. Ho hum. So far I’m not intrigued by this reintroduction of Maria.
