I am STILL HERE, everyone!!! My trip is in 9 DAYS!! OMG!! Can you believe it?? WOW! I can hardly wait! I could NOT log on AT ALL yesterday, I was SOOO bummed! Well I am here, thanks for the Spoilers, and yesterdays show I think PROVED Stamp is Ryans FATHER!! What do YOU all think? It was funny when Greens would NOT let Vanessa use the phone! Why did she kill Larry? He knew too much? NO, I did NOT win the part of the 85 mill either! Oh, well, I will play it while UP at the WORLD, wish me luck!

Sherry and Faith - please - I haven't been able to stand the sight (or sound - I hate her annoying, whiny voice) of Simone since her first appearance on the show! UGH - GET RID OF HER, ALREADY! Maybe she'll leave PV as soon as the Proteus storyline ends. Who the heck does she think she is, anyway? She's supposed to be a REPORTER, not a policewoman or spy or anything.....so why is she trailing Mateo to the location where he was waiting to get his orders from Proteus? What could she possibly do to help or protect him????

Can't wait till baseball season either, Christine - LET'S GO, METS!!!!!!!!

Beanie - if I was ever lucky enough to write for "AMC", I would insist upon having several writing partners........namely everyone on this thread! Then we could make the show the way that WE want it!

1) Proteus would be a long forgotten memory
2) Ditsie, Mia, Simone, and possibly new-Kendall would be deported to Llanview, never to be seen or heard from, again.
3) The Dillon family would return to town. Amanda would have miraculously aged and turned into a beautiful 16 year old......just the right age to date the new JR (or the new Jamie - hee hee!)!
4) Anna would return to Port Charles, to become the Chief of Police, there. Skye would return to PV, in exchange, and would wreak havoc on Adam's (and Liza's) life and possibly compete with Greenlee for Leo or with Kendall for Ryan or with Mia / Greenlee for Jake.......

Anyone else out there have any ideas????

Auuugghhh! I missed some of the show today! My neighbor's dog got loose and she came crying to my door, so, being the Animal Lover I am, I HAD TO HELP! Found him on the next block, but I missed MOST of the last Half Hour! Can someone PLEASE fill me in? It was when Palmer came into Vanessa's room, and went to the closet and she yelled out "PALMER NO!!" Went to commercial, and than the knock on my door.... Thanks everyone!

I'll give it a try for you Poohbear. Vanessa tried to cover it up by saying that she wanted Palmer to go away because she was planning a party and she didn't want him there. He said that was fine with him as long as he didn't have to attend the party. So she said that it was actually a surprise party for his birthday February 10. He told her he didn't want a party so not to bother. He then said he was going to visit Erica anyway. David and Anna left, and Vanessa tried to convince Palmer to stay and exert his conjugal rights but he declined. After he goes, she says Thank heavens that I don't have to submit to THAT right now and leaves the room to go and get someone to get rid of the body. (The bellhop maybe?) Palmer comes back in saying he forgot his scarf and heads to the closet. CUT!
After David and Anna leave, Anna tells David that Vanessa's performance was one of the best she'd ever seen, and explains to him how Vanessa was controling everything the whole time.
She tells him that she agrees with Chris that Vanessa might have more to her than it seems. David calls someone on the phone and says that they need to get together right away to discuss Vanessa. CUT!
Chris has gotten drunk at SOS and when Mateo tries to question him about who he really is, all Chris can do is ask about being a father and babble about "the boy". He eventually staggers out. Simone asks what that was all about, Mateo says he has no idea, but that he is having trouble seeing Chris as Proteus. CUT!
Kendall and Ryan have had one of their usual name calling, bait each other, conversations, and Kendall asks if it's possible that Ryan's mother might have had a relationship with Chris. Ryan loses it and says no way. She accuses him of being a coward, and then goes into her room saying that she may be many things, but at least she isn't him. He gets onto his motorcycle saying that he isn't a coward. Headlights flash over him, he puts his hands up and yells Slow down, and then jumps out of the way of a speeding car. CUT!
I can't remember if the scene with Tad and You-know-who was in the first or second half. Quick rundown-they argue over her flying off to the Caribean to get a quickie divorce, and he tells her that they got married together and they'll get divorced togther.
I hope this helps. I can't remember anything else, but I'm sure that if I missed something, someone else will fill you in.

Thanks Baboo! I saw the Part about Tad and Ditsie, I actually felt sorry for Tad but am kind of glad it is OVER for them! Now maybe Tad can get "involved" with someone else! When is SHE leaving anyway??! I laughed soo hard, when Vanessa fell with the body on top of her!

Great recap, Baboo! I can't believe that I didn't tape Rosie, yesterday - I wish I'd known that Cameron was going to be on, Sherry! And I didn't see Kelly Ripa on ET, either, Christine! Oh well.

Aprille.....oh Aprille.......where are you??? Looking forward to your thoughts on Ditsie's very well-thought-out and rational divorce plan of action. What an idiot - after all the years that she's loved Tad, THAT'S what she does to him?? A quickie divorce in the Caribbean?? They really shouldn't have discussed it in front of JR, like that.....I was sure that when JR said "I have to go meet some friends" that he was headed straight to the boathouse to meet up with his old pals to do drugs.

I loved when Larry's body fell on top of Vanessa, too! I was sure that Palmer was going to walk in THEN! I love watching Vanessa, lately - she's doing a great job!

I agree, Christine - for a responsible club owner, Mateo sure doesn't care who comes and goes from his club too drunk to drive. I'm sure that he allowed Roger Smythe to leave there, more than a few times, after having had too much to drink! I guess that Simone was being such a pain in the butt, he was too busy trying to shake her off to notice that Chris was stumbling out the door that drunk (even though he commented that he thought that he looked like someone who was hurting inside).

I'm getting a little tired of watching Ryan and Kendall go at it. They should either have them get together (like he did with Mia - it began with all that "sparring", then turned into....whatever it turned into!) or have them go in different directions with different storylines. The yelling and screaming across the courtyard and slamming in and out of eachother's rooms is getting old. Maybe as the Ryan / Chris storyline progresses, they'll stop concentrating on Ryan and Kendall so much.

Lisa - I absolutely LOVE all your ideas for the show! I think you missed your calling. You should apply for the job of head writer for AMC! As for my thoughts on Ms Ditsie's behavior yesterday, all I can say is UGH! Selfish witch! She flies off to the Caribbean (BTW, how did she do that without JR knowing?) to get a quickie divorce without saying squat to Tad and then gets mad at Tad for bringing it up in front of JR. Huh? Typical Ditsie logic. Good riddance. The sooner the better. And, please, I beg of you, don't let Tad and David pine for her endlessly when she leaves. PLEASE!

I need to go watch today's episode on tape. I was out while it was on today. I would have recorded Regis and Kelly today if I had known ahead of time that Mark Consueles was subbing for Reege. I didn't see PamOKW's post until it was too late. Anybody see it and care to give a recap?

Thanks very much, Aprille! But as I said, if I ever was to get a job as any kind of writer on "AMC", I am dragging you all with me to be my co-writers / writing partners, so that we can all have the storylines the way that WE want them!

I can't believe that I missed another great show - Mark Consuelos subbing for Regis! First I miss Ryan on Rosie, then I miss Hayley on ET, and now this! Oh well.

I am still at work - haven't seen today's episode, yet - will check in after I do, either tonight or tomorrow. I think that Mia is on, today, and that her hair looks more awful than usual (or at least it looked that way in yesterday's coming attractions!).
