Consuelos' Film Role Scuttles AMC Schedule


An All My Children spokesperson has confirmed that Mark Consuelos (Mateo Santos) will be exiting his role to take on a project in a motion picture.

Consuelos, a 7-year veteran of All My Children, has been actively seeking out primetime and film work for some time. The actor landed parts in several pilots, but none were picked up for production.

Consuelos is the on-screen and off-screen husband of Kelly Ripa (Hayley Vaughan)

When I stayed there in April with a person from the boards they did not have a guard shack or anything that I needed to say who I was visiting so I dont think it should be a problem. But I will take your name just in case.

I'm so glad that Liza was faking being nice to Adam and acting all helpless - I KNEW that she was acting! Good for her! And how stupid is Mia to actually be getting drawn in by Adam? They have really made her into a wimpy ditz. I hated her hair when she was all dressed up. Haven't decided about the new cut, yet. Hopefully they won't start playing with the color again!

I thought that Rebecca Budig did an amazing job with the scene where Greenlee said "goodbye" to Roger. They had better give her an Emmy, next year! I wonder what she will do or say to Vanessa, today! And that WOULD be wild if Simone was pregnant with Roger's baby!

What are the chances of Maria finally making it to PV, this week???

I agree, it would be quit a story for Simone to be prego with a little Smythe. Wow that would blow Mary and Greenlee away.

I am not sure if I even want to see Maria back - I liked here when she was on the show before - I just do not want to see Edmund & Brooke broke up. Brooke deserves happiness, more so than Edmund, IMO. She has had enough trouble.

Okay so the previews for tomorrow - YES!! more Jessie!! It looks like a good storyline. I liked the scenes between Tad & Frankie. I always loved Angie & Jessie.

Poor Greenlee, I feel so bad for her, finding out her mom is such an uncaring mother. I thought my mother was horrible!

I'm behind on the soap. Been busy getting things ready for the big 50th anniversary party for the in-laws this Saturday. Gawd, I'll be glad when it's over!

Sherry, check Soap Central Daily Recaps when you miss the show. They do a pretty good job.

Looks like we'll be staying at the Beach Club for SSW. Was able to get a room there with the new code yesterday so will probably cancel the Swan ressie. Woohoo! We're excited about it. Have never stayed there and looking forward to experiencing Stormalong Bay.

Wow, Beach Club, sounds Nice! A friend of mine stayed there about 3 years ago, and had a nice room. I will be staying at my usual hangout.....All Star Sports! Its near but not too far from MGM. The rate was great, 61.60 a night with tax! Saw the show today, and felt really bad for Greenlee....I hope Leo doesn't wind up breaking her heart. OH! And Simone had a drug/alcohol passing out fit! Looks like Jessie to the rescue!

OMG – how funny was it with David trying to comfort Greenlee today?!?! LOL! He couldn’t find any kleenex and he finally resorted to trying to use his tie to wipe away Greenlee’s tears! Then he patted her on the shoulder and said, “There, there.” I was cracking up. How about when he said to her, “Romance comes in spurts.” Then he said something about that being a bad choice of words. I nearly spewed Diet Dr Pepper through my nose on that one.

I thought Roger’s funeral yesterday was hilarious. There was a thread going on PVB about how sad and pathetic it was. I was like huh?!?! I thought it was pathetic but laugh-out-loud hysterical! It was a fitting tribute to a man everyone despised. I even laughed when Greenlee told the funeral director to “torch him”. Maybe I just have a morbid sense of humor.

Loved, loved, loved the scenes with Frankie and Jesse today. I sure wish they could figure out a way to bring Darnell Williams back full time! I’d much rather have Jesse back than Maria.

I can’t believe I’m enjoying the Liza/Adam storyline now. I’m so glad she finally got Adam’s number and is turning the tables on him.

Okay, I guess that’s all the free time I’m allowed. Back to getting stuff ready for the in-laws anniversary party Saturday. {{{heavy sigh!!}}}
