S&K'sMom - I apologize - I feel so badly that I never responded to your post about your brother. I think it's wonderful that he volunteered and that he is doing such a good thing, but I can certainly understand your concerns about your father and about his family. I hope that his time there will go quickly and smoothly and that he will be back home, with everyone, very quickly! And I hope that all is well with your father. And I'm sure that his family will get through your brother's time away, with such a supportive and warm extended family around them!
Faith - Glad to hear that your DS is recovering well - and I'm sure that his surgery will go well - if the doctor feels that he needs it, then I'm sure it's the best thing, and he will be healing and recuperating, before you know it!

The show is just so annoying, lately - I agree with everything that everyone has said, over the past few days! Garrett's behavior with Dani is very creepy and unsettling. And Babe and Jamie are getting tired and annoying. Since she told him (about 5 times) yesterday that she refuses to marry him, if he doesn't go to college, I wonder if she will "take matters into her own hands" and arrange for Jamie to "catch" her cheating on him with Josh, or something, to force him to break up with her and go to college.......or something? And JR needs to just calm down, already! Enough with the "angry young man" act! At least we haven't had to suffer through any Amanda scenes, over the past few days! It's good to see Julia back..........but where and how is she going to live, if she escaped the Witness Protection Program? I was sure that they were going to set her up in Wildwind.......so that they could still use that set, if for no other reason! The scenes with Greenlee were so sad, yesterday - but she and Kendall both did beautiful jobs with them. I still can't get over the rumored surrogate storyline, though - nor the prospect of Jonathan's past being "written off" with a brain tumor! (Remember Liza's weird brain tumor that caused her to do odd things, years ago? I guess they figure that they've had their share of "returning from the dead" and "amnesia"-oriented storylines, lately........but they haven't had a juicy "brain tumor" storyline, lately, so they're resurrecting that theme!

Update on my DS: he will be having plastic surgery sometime in Sept. His nose is in bad shape, the Dr. says, and needs to be done! 
Will update you all some more, Hi Christine, how is the baby? 
! These writers aren't using Brooke, Ethan, Simone, Adam, Aiden, Mimi, Palmer, Opal, (where's Pete??) in no good storylines. They need some new writers... No wonder the ratings are slipping. One Life to Live is doing better than AMC.
