Christine, congrats on becoming an Aunt. I remember when my first Nephew was born 19 years ago. I think I was almost as excited as his parents and my nephew is still so special to me today.

As far as AMC...What is going on with the the Dixie/Di/Diana saga. Is she or isn't she Dixie? I just wish they would let us know. Everytime I think the truth will come out, a new wrinkle is put in. I guess that is was soaps are for...

I can't believe how selfish Erica is to want to announce Greenlee's pregnancy to everyone. What part of "please don't say anything" did Erica not understand.

Speaking of new babies, On July 2, Natalia Cigliuti (Anita, AMC) and husband Rob Rizzo became the proud parents of Kaden Robert, who weighed in at 7 lbs., 15 oz. Mommy, Daddy and baby boy are all doing well.

I also wonder if DI is really Dixie. We should take a poll. I personally feel in the end, she won't really be Dixie. Maybe a relative of Dix. I question her gestures and reaction to certain things. Hmmmm....

Anyways, heres some mini-spoilers:

Kendall and Zach observe Ryan's violent reaction to Greenlee's news. Things get worse when Greenlee admits that the anger management pills David gave Ryan were just placebos. Ryan races out on his bike and rides off a cliff. Di's DNA test confirms that she has a genetic link to JR and she admits she's Dixie. But then Adam remembers something about Dixie that could still refute the evidence! Danielle can't get up the nerve to tell Reggie she lost her virginity to another man. So, to cover, she tells Reggie she's ready to make love to him. But will she be able to go through with the deception?

Hi all, I watch All My Children on and off on soap net. I have a quick question regarding the actor that plays JR, I know he used to be Lucky on GH but I have to say he is a much better actor and role that suits him on All My Children. He is so much more believable.

However, is he ill with his voice, I've been noticing for weeks now he always seems to have laryngitis This weekend he was on SoapNet's Jason marathon and he definitely did not have that raspy voice. I am just wondering if he is ill or had some type of throat surgery.

FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 11TH


Greenlee prevents Erica from making her announcement.

Ryan leaves the party taking David's pills with him.

Di faces down both Adam and Krystal.

Kendall tells Erica it would be a huge mistake telling Ryan about Greenlee's pregnancy right now.

Zach and Kendall gift Ryan and Greenlee with the Casino's finest suite for the night.

Ryan faces his anger while in the gazebo.

Jamie is furious that Babe kept the truth about Di from him.

Tad tells Krystal he still wants very much to marry her.

Kendall and Zach find themselves developing feelings for one another.

Krystal watches Tad and Di together closely.

Babe apologizes to JR for the pain she has caused him.

Babe unleashes her fury on David for what he has done.

Greenlee announces to Ryan that she is pregnant with his child.

Krystal tells Tad there is no way she could ever marry him.

David learns yet another interesting tidbit about Di.

Jamie and Babe have a huge fight.

Branson's Back at AMC -- Not That He Ever Left

The "secret" is out: ABC has now confirmed that Jeff Branson (Jonathan Lavery) will be returning to All My Children later this summer. Although Branson's return has now been confirmed, unofficial word of the actor's return has been a message board staple for several months.

Technically, Branson never really left All My Children. The actor has been seen off and on throughout the summer in visions, even though his character was "killed off" back in April. Fans immediately questioned if All My Children could really be done with the actor. After all, Branson had just come off a successful rookie year with the show that was capped off with an Outstanding Supporting Actor Daytime Emmy nomination.

There were at least three tell-tale signs that ABC was not about to let Branson stray too far from Pine Valley. First, Jonathan's body was never recovered. As the old soap opera adage goes, if no body is recovered there is usually not a death. Sometimes even when a body is found there's still not a death. Secondly, Branson's photo was not removed from the opening credits during the show's most recent update of the opening montage. And finally, the show's head writer, Megan McTavish, has routinely played coy with the media, teasing that viewers had not seen the last of Jonathan.

That's my theory too. I think Di is related to Dixie. Adam needs to get his top notch private detectives on the case . I have a feeling that the "real" Dixie (hopefully it's Cady) will return to Pine Valley with daughter Katie. Just my gut feeling. I hope Cady does return to AMC. That would be great!

Now I don't know about everyone else, but I'm sick of Zach! Is he really needed. He just urks me. He still acts like the mystery man in Pine Valley. It's like the writers don't know what to do with Zach. Now that Ethan dumped him and Maria is gone, he has no role.

Belated welcome, Mary Anne! I also love the Jacob Young, who plays JR (I might be in the minority, here! )! I don't believe that he's been ill or has had surgery - his voice has pretty much been that way since he came on the show. Maybe he kinda does that on purpose - to sound almost sinister or "godfather-like" - to try to intimidate people, or something! Or maybe he just thinks it sounds sexy!

I'm not surprised that Jonathan is coming back, somehow. I wonder if he will be a "changed man" (they can't have an assaulter walking around PV free, indefinitely - if he turns out to still be alive - which I hope he is, if he's coming back - I'm sick of the "Lavery Brothers / Father flashbacks"!)? He was a pretty good actor - it will be interesting to see what they do with his character. Hopefully he won't just be a ghost who is there to torture Ryan.

I'm inclined to believe that Di is related to Dixie, too.........except for the fact that she seems to know an awful lot of the intimate details of JR's childhood, and Lainie (for example) wasn't around for very much of JR's childhood. She also knows some intimate things about her marriage to Tad - like little romantic things that they shared, etc. Why the heck doesn't she just take the DNA test, already, and be done with it?! She told Adam that she would take any test that he wanted her to take, like 3 weeks ago.........SO TAKE IT, ALREADY!!!!!

That's so nice that the actress who plays Anita had her baby. I wonder if she will be coming back on the show at the same time as Julia, or afterwards? I just hope that Anita doesn't bring Maddie back from California with her!

I also can't imagine how Erica can be so selfish as to want to tell everyone about Greenlee's pregnancy "publicly", after Greenlee asked her not to do so, more than once. I think that Erica is getting a little carried away with this "New Beginnings" stuff!

I think that Dani is just "confiding" in Garrett because he's the one who found her at the beach with Josh, and she's afraid that at any moment he could spill everything to her parents, unless she sort of goes along with his attempts to "bond" with her. I DO think it's a little strange that his "words of wisdom" included LYING to Reggie and not telling him about Josh..........I wonder if that's indicative of his level of honesty in his relationship with Mimi......

The whole thing with Ryan at the press conference was just annoying. (And I still don't believe that Erica would be so uncouth as to want to announce Greenlee's pregnancy to the whole family, after she asked her not to). And I'm so glad that Di(xie) took that DNA test - now we can at least get THAT part of the storyline over with, once and for all (unless SOMEONE ELSE comes along and tampers with those DNA tests! It seems that the only DNA test that ever went smoothly, in PV, and was uncontested was David's, determining that he is Babe's father!)!
