The show is really weak lately, isn't it. It has some funny parts. I laughed so loud when Kendall dipped Greenlee and planted that big kiss on her. So funny. Also her scenes with Josh when he was trying to confirm her sexuality. Also Opal with her cards, that made me laugh.

However, this whole Di and Hoooolia thing is so stupid though. If The Dragon is really some big crime lord, there is no way he would let them walk away just because he thinks they are attractive. Please give me a break. It's almost like the writers are dragging out Dragon killing them a few days longer so we can watch Tad and JR wallow (and make the viewer suffer) for a few more days. When is the real Dixie going to swoop in and make it all right?

I am enjoying this unholy union of Krystal and Adam. Very funny and fun to watch. Is anyone else as bored as I am with Del. I know the guy won a contest to play the part, but either it is him or the story they are giving him, but he is a bore.

I was noticing yesterday how much the new Josh and Kendall have similar facial features. I wonder if they recast this so Josh looked more like Erica and Kendall? It seems like AMC always casts people who resemble Susan Lucci in one way or another when they are looking for her offspring.

One last comment and it's about the Jonathan-Erin-Ryan trio.. WHO CARES! I hope they never return to Pine Valley. What a boring group of clods. This Greenlee/Kendall friendship (which is actually OK to watch) will be destroyed when that selfish creep, Ryan comes back. Stay in Canada, Ryan, please!

The show sucks. They need new writers! I haven't really been watching it for a few weeks now. I'm waiting for Cady to come back too. I'm sick of Di Kerby's voice!!! Its annoying now!! Also sick of the whole HOOOLIA/Dragon saga! Kendall/Greenlee storyline is dumb too. No wonder the rating dropped! One Life to Live is much more interesting now.

I can suspend disbelief for a television show (Buffy anyone??) but this is ridiculous. Most soaps are pretty unbelievable but at least have the facts of the story make some sense. I agree this Dragon thing is stupid. He kills Noah but would just let Julia walk because she's cute?? Di takes over Dixies life and knows everything about it? She doesn't slip up once?? That would have made for good story watching her try to cover her mistakes. And the recognition was backwards. Everyone bought it but Adam who wasn't at all close to her?? And why did Mona never mention a twin? She was there. I'll buy for storyline sake that Erica had her memory of the birth erased but Mona?

Jonathan/Erin/Ryan = YAAAWWWNNNN. Just get it over with. With Greenlee leaving the show where exactly is this going? The storyline potential is gone so why bother?

I actually like the guy playing Del but he got Maria pregnant years ago and he just isn't old enough to be Maria's contemporary.

New writers. That's all I can say. They need new writers familiar with the show who can draw from old storylines and make them new and create new story lines that actually make some sense. They are all over the map and I can't follow them anymore

The kiss was very funny, Sarge! Greenlee and Kendall play off each other very well! And I do think that they re-cast Josh so that he would look more like Erica and Kendall, in time for the "big reveal" that he is Kendall's long-lost twin (funny how she barely knows him, but the other day was saying how much she trusts him, etc. I guess they are going to start heading in that direction, with Josh and Kendall "miraculously" thinking the same things at the same times, etc. Does Kendall not remember that she actually has another brother - half brother, anyway - Trey??!!). I think that he looks like a poor man's Tom Cruise, personally.

I haven't noticed JR's new teeth - will have to look out for them on today's episode!

I think that that's the direction that they're leading us in! I think that he was referring to Kendall, when he made that statement (because Erica gave her up for adoption), but it had an "ominous ring" to it...........as if there's more to come.........(and of course, we all know what the "big secret" is, already! )

Yes, it is SORAS in full blown reverse! Kendall, and presumably Josh, should be in their upper to mid-30s. However just as a 12 year old can rapidly turn into a full grown vamp (ala Amanda) so can a middle-age child magically turn into a mid-20 Gen Y'r! All with a wave of the writer's magical (and lately really boring) magic pen!

I have to agree with IASW Rider. What they have done with Amanda's character and Janet (off screen) is deplorable. They could have brought back Amanda as a trollup and not kept bringing Janet up as a nutcase. If I didn't know better, with the way they mention Janet incessantly, I would be assuming that the writers must being planning on bringing her back. Here is my prediction. Janet will come back as sane as, well, sane can be and it will be exposed that sweet Amanda will be the nutcase. A brief brain surgery will return her to her sweet disposition. Wait, that sounds familar.... Blech!

Garrett is getting creepier by the minute. One question though...Isn't he in New York with Di and Julia? How does he leave them and then quickly show up in Mimi's office? I know time has a strange way of either speeding up or slowing down in Pine Valley but this trip was a bit too fast.

Hi everyone! I just found this thread and I am so thrilled. I have been watching AMC since I was 2. Well, I don't remember much about it then but my grandmother babysat me and she watched all of the ABC soaps. 30 years later and I am still watching.

Can't wait to read more of this thread.
