Belated thanks for that great article about Sam Page Aprille! I used to work in Princeton.....so for four years, Trey was just a few miles away from me, every day, while he was in college.....*SIGH*....! (OK, so he's 9 years younger than I am, but who says that he might not have been interested in an older woman? Hee hee!
)
I'm actually kind of enjoying the Adam and Brooke scenes! Hey - they're a lot better than the typical, bland Adam and Liza fighting scenes, right? I hope that they do get divorced, so that Liza will finally have something interesting to do, other than skulk around the Chandler mansion in her drab clothes! Isn't Winifred an idiot? She always gets herself into trouble by butting in and saying the wrong thing! Anyway, I just hope that Brooke and Adam don't get caught - then she will REALLY be viewed as the "scarlet woman" of PV! I have a feeling that Tad might catch them, then get so mad at Brooke for going back to Adam that he starts spending all his time with Liza, then he and Liza get back together.
OK, so we finally have some insight into why Simone's father is so mean to her......or do we? I don't get it - his being upset about Simone's brother explains why he's rude to Frank (and you just know that in a few months, Dr. McMillan and Frank will have a father-son-like relationship!), but it still doesn't explain why he's so downright rude to Simone, herself! Are we to assume that it's because he had such high hopes for Anthony, but now is "left" with only his "disappointing" daughter? I don't get it! I'm actually really starting to like Simone, now - I like her with Frank, and I always feel sorry for her when her father slams her. Much better than when she was with Roger or Mateo - I couldn't stand the sight of her, then! But what will happen when Mia tells Frank that they had a child together? And what made Mia decide to do that, all of a sudden, after months of standing her ground with Jake? Is he THAT persuasive??
Greenlee was great, yesterday, when she told off Trey and Kendall and the reporters and even punched Donald Steele in the nose! I wonder what they will do with her character, now - David is her only real "friend" - will they just have a bunch of plots where she competes with Erica for "best cosmetics executive"? I hope that they don't put her together with Trey too soon (though I think that they will inevitably do that).
Will Aidan and nuJR fight over Kendall, now that Aidan has "lost" Maureen to Edmund?
Is ANYBODY running Tempo magazine or Chandler Enterprises, these days? It doesn't seem like anyone at all (with the exception of the dedicated hospital staff - even MIA was seen working, yesterday!) has gone to work lately!
I think that they should have some sort of tribute to Vanessa on the show. True, she's responsible for the loss of one of the favorite characters (Leo), but Marj Dusay did an amazing job, all these years, even with some of the stupid storylines they gave her, and she deserves to be remembered and acknowledged, too! Maybe they can have a scene where Palmer remembers their good times togethe
That's not a whole lot. Is that $1 mill total for LaLucci just for AMC-doesn't she have advertising contracts and stage performances and such?
