Glad to know that you're here with us, too, Faith!

You did a great job of explaining Sam's parentage, Sarge! Don't forget the part where Kelsey developed a huge crush on Ed-dumb and kept taking Sam away from him and Maria, not being able to take care of him, then giving him back, though! Maria was in a constant state of nervous breakdown, because she never knew when Kelsey was going to sweep in and take Sam away! The Martins did have a relationship with Sam, years ago - Joe used to stop by Wildwind regularly, to visit him...........but as Christine said, they've probably forgotten that they are related to him, by now (just like David, Anna, Greenlee, and Maggie, who still haven't noticed that Trey disappeared, months ago!)!

So I guess, then, that Chris is the character who's going to die, not Maddie or Leora? I'm sad to see him go, but I'm glad that they're not killing off a child character. No matter how obnoxious Maddie can be (the only time she's nice to Mia is when Mia tries to buy her affection??), she doesn't deserve to die!! Figures that Aidan would propose to Maureen, just as Maddie is going to be in the hospital............you just know that she's going to get her memory back, now.

In the mean time, between Maureen and Aidan and Bianca and Lena, there were some pretty risque scenes on the show, yesterday! I was pretty surprised - they were kind of revealing, for daytime TV!

Did Erica honestly think that Bianca would listen to Kendall??? I totally don't get her logic, there.

How soon before we see Maureen's engagement ring on Shop the Soaps???

I did forget completely about that. Thanks for the refresher. Kelsey was a real brat on the show. Kind of like a grown up Maddie.. Oops, did I say that out loud...

I have been meaning to say this for a while but kept forgetting. Poor Ryan he is an orphan again! I guess he will never have a reason to come back to Pine Valley again.


Oh yeah and I was taking a call at work earlier in the week (I take the incoming road service calls for AAA) and this ladies home address was on Pine Valley Ave. I was like, hey thats cool! I think it is in the city of Sarasota.

Okay, couple of comments here.....

All day yesterday, I was wondering why no one was saying anything about Chris-Like "Oh he's dead!" Then I hear Maddies explanation about how the bad man carried him off???? Did I miss that??? How ludicrious is that?? First of all, that park was pretty arid and bare-Someone would have seen them. And there would have been a trail of blood (I watch CSI) and Chris would have been a dead weight. I just think-Can it get any more ridiculous???

Okay, mean moment here...(Remember you said this was a safe place). When I saw the scenes for today, and the shooter is in the hospital room with a pillow ready to smother Maddie I thought "Yes! Smother her!! Shut her Up!!" But again, why would he go to the hospital to do it when he could have just shot her in the park??? How stupid is that??? Okay, mean moment over.

Other than that, deeply grieving Jack Scalia right now.

LOL! I had the same thoughts about the "disappearing body" and then coming into a crowded hospital to kill Maddie when he had a chance to do it when no one was around.

Adding to the silliness.....Maureen realizes Maddie could be in danger. So....she leave her alone! Now, that makes a lot of sense. I guess we have to remember it's "make-believe" and just play along when we know things aren't really making much sense.

Oops...I hear the "music" calling me. Gotta go see what happens today!

OK, good - at least I know that I'm not the only one who was sort of secretly hoping that Flanders would smother Maddie! What a whiny brat that kid is! At least they acknowledged Sam's existence, yesterday. Ed-dumb and Maureen barely spend any time with him at all - he might as well move to Isabella's, permanently! I still don't get why Maddie doesn't say a peep when Aidan hangs all over Maureen, but immediately starts whining the second she even SEES Mia!

Is Lena telling Bianca the truth - that she was really only associated with Michael for the past month, and that when she came to Enchantment, she wasn't already a "spy"? I seem to remember Lena acting all mysterious from the second that she accepted that job - not just for the past month. Either way, I think that Kendall deserves an apology from Bianca, now that she knows that her warning about Lena wasn't totally off base! And speaking of "apologies", that BoydBoydBoyd sure is a forgiving sort, isn't he? It seems like Kendall could do or say ANYTHING to hurt or compromise him, and he will always forgive her!

I agree with all of you - why doesn't anyone notice that Chris is missing?? I think that Aidan is putting the whole story together (and will probably ultimately save the day), and Erica and Jack think that he already left town, but....

Could Sister Christian be any more annoying?? Where the heck did they find that actress??

I KNEW that Maggie was going to wind up being "framed" for cheating on that exam! I don't know why she didn't just ask the professor to let her take the exam again, right there in the room, by herself, to prove that she knew the material. Or why she didn't just start writing formulas on the board, while she and the professor were alone, to prove that she knew them. I can just see that classmate, Regina, telling her "I told you so".

Well, the show sure isn't boring, lately!

I agree that I've just been waiting for this shoe to drop on the exam. For a genius, he sure is an idiot.

How did Maddie escape the smothering? I went from about to be smothered to alive and kicking.

Christine - I popped over to PVB this morning but didn't look at this thread. I followed your link and the above quote is from a post by KathyPVB and if she says it, it's FACT! This really SUCKS!! The only good I see coming out of this is that David and Anna will break up. Oh, please let it be!! I love David and Anna is still veeerryy sloooowwllyy growing on me but I'm tired of having this "supercouple" shoved down my throat.

I finally got caught up on this week's shows. Watched them all yesterday in a marathon session. Will try to post my "thoughts for the week" a little later. There was certainly plenty I want to comment on. LOL!

First thing that comes to mind is that HOT, HOT, HOT love scene between Maureen and Aidan. Maureen is one lucky lady.

UGH! I hope that one doesn't come true. Killing babies is just bad taste, even for a soap. Now smothering school-age children would be ok in this case.

So is Chris dead or just gone? Why doesn't Erica care about that?

I'm only half watching the show lately but what I see isn't holding my interest. The whole Binks/Lena thing is just awful. Get poor Binks a girl her own age!

I think Chris is dead but no one seems to realize the "man who was shot" is Chris. Somehow the killer dragged off the body and the ace detectives of PV can't follow a bloody trail through the leaves. Aidan may have a clue that it could be Chris...but it looks like he's headed out of town. Of course, if they don'thave a body there's always a chance Chris could return someday....maybe with Ryan. LOL!

I saw the Maddie smother scene again today on SoapNet. Kind of lame that mumbling Mommy scared him off but the nurse coming in didn't.
