All My Bags Are Packed I'm Ready To Go - Rounding off the last week before the trip!

Well, I had almost completed my mini trip report from Carlisle last night. But my mom had asked me to look something up for her and I forgot to open another window and lost all my work! ARGH!

So where was I?

So I took my mini breakfast back to the room to tell Eric they had bagels and stuff and for him to go pick out what he wanted. The filled donut was filled with this amazing cream! OMG! It was so good! I could have a thousand of them. The glazed donut was good also. The biscuits were ok, a wee bit dry, and lacked some flavor. They definately needed butter.

After that Eric and I headed back to the breakfast area. They had places the sausages out, but no eggs. So I grabbed us 2 sausages. Eric toasted himself a bagel. I grabbed a jelly filled donut and a cherry danish, 2 yogurt (I actually thought one was one of those cottage cheese with fruit things), and some mixed fruit. Eric got himself a cup of tea (it was dark and red, but I don't know what kind it was) and I got me another cup of OJ. I took the tea and a plate of food back to the room (the breakfast area was so busy). And went back for the eggs. I waited for the eggs and finally they came out. When I returned to the room, Eric was already there eating. The first thing out of his mouth was that the eggs tasted weird. Well, I made myself a sandwich with a biscuit, egg, and sausage. I chomped down on it and... it was weird. I don't know what it was. The egg went in the garbage. The sausage was good though... I don't even like sausage. The jelly donut was raspberry, but it was more like jello with raspberry seeds, not very good. The danish wasn't good either. Eric didn't comment on his bagel and it was gone before I got to the room, so he musta liked it.

After breakfast, I jumped into the shower since I wanted to straighten my hair. It takes forever you know. So I did. The shower had one of those curved curtain rods, very nice. Made it seem like there was so much more room there. It also had a massaging shower head. Eric took a shower after me. I tried to blow dry my hair, but it was just too humid and/or the blow dryer wasn't strong enough. So I just went on to straightening (its a wet to dry straightener). That didn't go over so well either. I said screw it. I put my hair in a pony tail and was on my way. I had Eric put sunscreen on me since I'm a redhead (though I haven't gotten a tan or sunburned in about 6 years).

After we were ready, we were on our way. I wanted to visit the Maurices in Chambersburg since we were there. My manager mentors the manager there. Well I had gotten directions from my mom that morning, since Garmin couldn't find it. We left and was on our way. We stopped off at Target first. It was big so I wanted to check it out. Eric got some bins to help him out at work. I got some gum. Then off to Maurices. Of course we wouldn't be able to find it. So I called home and no one answered. I called my sister's cell and asked her to look up the directions for me. She did, but couldn't tell me how to get there. She just gave me their phone number. So I called Maurices and Lynnette (the manager) answered. She said "when you get off 81, take a left and then a right into the mall." Are you kidding me? Ashley couldn't tell me that?

So we go there. It was dead for a Saturday (at least I thought so). The mall was ok in size, but lots of places where there was no stores. Found Maurices right off the bat. It was HUGE! I walked around and checked stuff out (a lot of times different Maurices get different product). They mostly had the same stuff, but had a 16 - 24 shop and a few different items. I picked out a few items we didn't have at our store and tried them on. I bought a couple. Eric wanted to get moving.

We then headed over to Gander Mountain because Eric wanted to buy a new hunting knife. While he was looking at knives I looked at the guns. I picked up a couple... it was weird holding a gun. I have never held on before. Well Eric picked out a knife, and some ear muff things for work, and then we went to check out. They had all sorts of different types of jerky, so we got some buffalo jerky to try. It tasted just like any other jerky I had, but left a weird after taste. After Gander Mountain we headed to Carlisle.

Again Garmin couldn't find the fairgrounds in her system. So we got off at the exit for the fairgrounds (the sign said at least). We drove down the road, it was all industrial. I'm not sure how far we drove but Eric decided it wasn't the way. So we got back on 81 and drove more towards Carlisle. We got off at the last exit and still nothing. So Eric called his mom. She said it was on Rt 11. I said screw driving on the interstate again, we're just gonna drive down 11. So we did... and we drove and drove... nothing. Again Eric started to get antsy. I told him to just hold on and see. If we ran into the industrial again, we knew we needed new directions. Well sure enough there were the fairgrounds. We parked on the same street we always park on, just close this time. We put all our stuff in the trunk and went to the show.

It was hot out... we walked the swap meet, and then started checking out the cars. Eric wanted to stay for the burnout show, which we never did before. So we just walked around. Around 4:30 we went and got lunch. Eric said he wanted a chicken sandwich, and I wasn't sure what I wanted except for fries. So I sat down and tried to think about it while he went to get his sandwich. He returned with chicken fingers. They weren't very good. He saw someone with cheese fries and we decided to get those. So I went and ordered them and a Mountain Dew (I needed some caffeine). The cheese fries were really hot. And they weren't very good fries either. They were undercooked and not crisp. Oh well. After we went and looked at more of the swap meet and some more cars. Finally around 5, I said lets go get seats for the drift show. So we did. We actually ended up sitting not far from one of Eric's dad's best friends. Eric went over and talked to him for a few. The girl sitting next to me told me that after the show, I should go to the lady's room and wash my face and arms because the tire particles get all over you and if you rub them you just smear it all over. So Eric wanted to leave early to beat the traffic. So we did. I went to the lady's room to clean up and I had to scrub! I didn't even bother washing my arms off.

Eric wanted to stop at a Shell station to get VPower and octane booster. So I told Garmin to find the closest Shell. Again Eric thought it was the wrong way. Finally we did come across one. They didn't have octane booster so he wanted to find a Mobil on the way home. Well some time we ran out of window wash. So now Eric was more than ready to find a Mobil. We were near State College, so I looked at Garmin said there was a Mobil 2 miles away from where we were. So we got off at State College. This town was HOPPING! There were people everywhere. It took us 25 mins to get through everything... We drove past the Mobil, because it was closed... all the gas stations were. So we told Garmin to bring us home. Eric didn't want to go back the way we came so he kept driving around until Garmin found a new route. There was a Walmart on the new route, so we stopped there for window wash and octane booster. They had both. We also had to use the restroom. There was a kid in the restroom and he told Eric there was a festival going on. Also while in Walmart, I checked out the hair care products for this anti-frizz hairspray that Aussie makes. I haven't been able to find it, but they had it. So I bought all they had (2 bottles). We left Walmart and I was hungry (so was Eric). But the only thing we saw was McDonald's. Eric hates McDonald's. He wanted to stop so I could get something to eat and I said I didn't want to eat if he wasn't. So we left.

Just as we started up the road there was a Wendy's. We stopped there. Eric just wanted a bacon cheeseburger. I went inside while Eric emptied out the water from the coolers. I put in our order: 2 bacon cheeseburgers, a homestyle wrap, and a spicy wrap. Well somehow the girl only got 1 burger and 1 wrap. The annoyance was growing. I was tired and in the sun all day! Anyways, I was watching for Eric because I knew he was getting annoyed because it was taking so long... and then some guy came up and asked what I was waiting for. I shrugged... I didn't know what they made us yet. He's like "oh you are waiting for the salad." I shook my head no and then he snaps at me "Well what are you waiting for?!" Oh man... I snapped back "How the hell should I know, I didn't stuff the bag, ask one of your employees what they put in there or look yourself!" I mean, they are in a city with one of the best colleges in the country... are you kidding me?

Anyways, after we got our food we were on our way. Eric was happy I got him a wrap. They are pretty good and big. Blah blah blah... we drive... we drive some more... We left Walmart at about 9:30.

We finally started to get into some back roads. Every other year we went, we just printed out directions from the internet and you take these crazy back rodes that curve and you have to drive at like 5 mph. We didn't end up taking those. Garmin found us another way (much more boring). Well we start to come up upon Phillipsburg. You could see it lightening in the distance... There were flares going down the highway. Great, there was an accident or they are doing seatbelt checks. We sat there, not moving for 30 mins. Finally a helicopter flew overhead and as we creeped forward you could see flashing lights. Eric looked around the car and said "good the blanket is folded up... they are looking for someone." I said "they can just let us go... we lived through the Bucky thing... which I'm sure was a lot worse than this."

(A little aside, in 2006 a man named Ralph Bucky Phillips escaped from a jail in Erie county, NY. He was waiting for his parole meeting when they pinned a disturbance on him which would lead him to like 15 years in jail. Well he escaped in April I think and was on the run for months. They started to air info on TV about it because if you got off on any exit in Chautauqua Co off 1-90 or 1-86, you would be stopped by state troopers, they would forcefully remove you from your car with shot guns and machine guns in their hands and search your car for this guy. Anyways, driving to college every day was kinda interesting that summer... there were police EVERYwhere. They pulled in almost all the state troopers from all over the state. Appearently Bucky killed 2 or 3 police officers while he was on the run. They caught Bucky they morning before Eric and I left for WDW. It would have been interesting if they hadn't. We were planning on leaving 7 hours before our flight just in case they decided to strip our car looking for him... my mom was gonna drop us off at the airport and bring a bunch of furniture and stuff to my aunt in Rochester.)

Well, as we got closer you could see that they were fire trucks, not police cars. They were around a little motel, so we assumed there was a fire there. But I didn't see any fire marking or anything. And there were cars parked in all the little parking lots around this park. Finally, I came to the conclusion they had fireworks, hense the flashes of lights in the sky, the flares, and the firemen. After Phillipsburg we were on our way again. It was getting really late and then it started to storm. The wipers decided they were gonna die on us, so we were having such a hard time seeing. Eric wanted to drive fast to get home... and I started to have a panic attack. Well we made it out of that storm and hit another around Warren. That one didn't last long. Eric was falling asleep at the wheel and it was like 12:30. I was really tired and I have a history of falling asleep at the wheel. I won't drive if I'm tired. Well Eric asked if I could make it to town. So I said, I would, since I had a bit of rest during the trip and felt safer with me driving. It wasn't much of a drive... and Eric told me to just stay at his place because he didn't think he could drive home after dropping me off. So I called my mom and told her. We got home about 1:30 Sunday morning. I told Eric next year we are either staying both nights or we are NOT going to stop on the way home. (When we first left the fairgrounds, Garmin said we would reach home by 11:30.)

I'll post some pics once I get them on my computer.

So, I have 4 months to lose weight... if I can lose 10 pounds a month... which is "WOW" I'll be pretty good. Hypothetically, if I wanted to reach my goal weight by WDW, I'd have to lose 16 pounds a month. I don't think that will happen, unless I like starve myself.

So anyways, this is one of the things that's supposed to keep me in line. I was withing my calories today, but I hit the high limit. And I didn't work out. I'll get to it later this week! I promise! Actually I start tomorrow.

I need to pick up some lettuce and chicken breast so I can make chicken salads a couple days of the week. I have a bunch of different recipes so I can mix it up a bit. I don't think I open once this week, so dinners will be at the store. Which is ok, because I know I won't over eat (since I bring my Healthy Choices with me).

I started my packing list. The trip is starting to come together. I think I'll be very disappointed if Eric doesn't go. I'm almost positive my mom can't go. But I'll be most disappointed because Eric wants to go so bad, but he won't set up a mini-fund so he can save for it.

I'm almost finished reading my Stephen King book. I have a ton of books that people gave me, so I'm not sure what I'll read next. If I actually take the time, I can finish a book in no time. I read 4 books in about 6 weeks from December - January (Memoirs of a Geisha, 30 Days of Night, Darkest Evening of the Year and The Ruins). I want to get Scott Smith's other book, Simple Plan. I'm not quite sure why, I wasn't overly impressed with The Ruins. I have to admit I'm a horror person, and I read the Ruins because my cousin suggested it to me. I didn't find it that scary, but I never put it down because I was waiting to be scared. I haven't found any good horror books yet. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would really like to read some good scary books.

This Stephen King book I'm reading right now... Cell... it was really slow at first, but now that I'm towards the end... it's picking up. I just want to know what happens. I bought this book because I heard Eli Roth was going to direct the movie version of it. In case you guys don't know who that is, he directed Cabin Fever and the Hostels. He's done me good when it comes to scarying me (well Hostel 2 sucked). So I wanted to read the book before seeing the movie. I wanted to read I Am Legend before seeing the movie too, but that didn't happen. I still want to read the book. Perhaps it's better than the movie.

Ok, I'm just rambling now. All I meant to get at originally was that I'll finish this book and start a new one. Knowing how I read, I'll finish it on the trip to WDW. But who knows, maybe I'll get a couple books done before hand. I've been trying to read during my lunch breaks and my 15 min breaks. I wasn't much of a reader before. I only read 3 books before November of last year (well I mean novels, I read some of my text books): The Davinci Code, Twilight Eyes & Soul Survivor (Dean Koontz). But I had started Buick 8 (Stephen King, OMG this book sucked) and finished it, the four I read last December/January, and now I'm finishing Cell.

I got a phone call today from Eric. Well a voicemail. He asked me when I was planning on going to WDW. His parents have timeshare time in Myrtle Beach in August. Well, I returned the call with "November 11th - November 18th." That's all I said. Well I asked if he told his mom about WDW.

I know I talk a lot.

So the deal with Myrtle Beach and Eric. We haven't talked about it. We will need to though. This is why it could be a problem. He has already taken a vacation once this year (May to Myrtle Beach). For him to take another week to go to Disney World is one thing, but to take another week for Myrtle Beach... I don't know. Plus he works for his parents. I can definately see where it would go. Paying for 3 vacations for him in one year... that's a lot. But what I don't understand is, when Eric went to Myrtle Beach he hated it. He called me several times each day and called me 9:30 pm on the dot every day (that's generally when I get out of work). And would complain about how much he hated it and how bored he always was and blah blah blah. Why would he want to go back?

I was talking to my dad and mom yesterday about WDW. I made a joke at work about how they are redoing Pleasure Island for more shops and restaurants. I said "OMG! I'm going to send pics from my trip to home office and say 'Look how fab Maurices looks in WDW! We should so open a store in Downtown Disney!'" Anyways, my dad said "It seems to me that it's better to stay onsite." This was odd for both me and my mom because he has never said anything like that before. So both of us (my mom stayed for the first time onsite last December with Vicki) started telling him about how great it is to stay onsite. Then my dad says "Maybe me and you (talking to my mom) should go with them. We don't actually have to spend time with them, but go." Me and my mom were like "WHA?!"

Anyways, we continued to talk about it. Eric and I like to do a few table services (we are doing, Boma breakfast, Planet Hollywood, WCC and Ohana). My mom said she liked to do some, but not a lot, it was too much food. My dad felt he would get "tied up" somewhere and not be able to make the dinners. And I told him I doubted it (especially the way they travel the parks).

It would be cool for my dad to take my mom on vacation. I'm not so sure I'd want them hanging around us all the time (of course I know my dad really doesn't want to because I'm a mover and he likes to take his time). But there are a few problems with it (I think I stated these before): 1) if my dad gets a job (he's a construction worker and jobs just come up out of no where); 2) getting Ryan and Ashley up for work and getting them there (neither of them are responsible enough to do this and neither have cars). It's really too bad, because I do think it would be nice for my dad to take my mom on vacation. Once the discount codes come out, I'll do up a thing to present it to my dad. Who knows.

I have started my packing list. I still have to make Eric's. I look at my list and everytime I see something I missed. I bet some of you think it's pretty rediculous that I'm doing this already. But I swear to you, I WILL FORGET things if I don't have them written down. I'll forget my contact stuff, my glasses, sunscreen, cell phone charger.... camera... the list could go on and on.

Airtran remains to be the cheapest airfare (knock on wood). The flight out of Buffalo is at 12:30 or so and is direct. The direct flight back is at 9 am. NO WAY JOSE! So I'm looking at a 4:30 flight (I figure since ME generally picks you up 3 hours before your flight, we can request a late check out and sleep in and get lunch at the hotel). The layover is in ATL for about 2.5 hours. My dad will have a cow with this. But it doesn't bother me right now. The reason is in case our flight outta MCO is delayed and it also gives us time to grab food at ATL. So much time we could eat at TGIFridays. We arrive around 10 pm in BUF. I need to request closing on the next day. If the plane does land at 10, we won't get home until midnight or so. The costs of the tickets are at $175.50 each.

JetBlue has yet to offer cheap fare for my dates, but they are offering advanced purchase fare. I'm hoping it extends through our trip. It's $199. But the flights are better. Well the flight down takes off around 12:30 also, but the flight back is direct and takes off at 4:30. I'll pay the extra money for two direct flights at a good time. And JetBlue has those nice, new planes, and don't charge you to select your seats.

SouthWest is pretty expensive around $250. So right now they are out of the question.

Well that's all for now.

So... I tried to be positive about the whole Myrtle Beach thing... Normally I wouldn't be. I'd assume the worst. Well Eric told me that if any of his friends decide to go with him he's going to go to Myrtle Beach instead of WDW. Like he'll have fun doing that. He's gonna end up doing the same thing he did with his parents, but with his only friend, TJ... which will lead them into getting into fights and who knows what else.

You know initially I wasn't even planning on Eric going. He's the one who said to me he wanted to go. I thought it was much less fool-proof or whatever than my mom going. Much less complications. Yeah right...

I know everyone is like "why not go by yourself?" It's not so much that I'm not worried about having a good time, its more the cost than anything else. Roughly the package is about $1250 for two adults... that's $625 a person. For me to go by myself its about $1000. See the price difference already. And that doesn't include the plane ticket or food.

I am so annoyed right now.:furious:

Only 11 days left for July! Getting that much closer to the discount code. I'm still trying to figure out what I want to do about Eric. Honostly, I don't think any of his friends will go with him to Myrtle Beach. No one wanted to go with him in May, so why in August? Owen will be working, Tim has school, and all that's left is TJ. TJ could possibly be the one who goes. But none of his friends wanted to go before, so why now?

But that still leaves me with... if he's willing to ditch me (or Disney World, I don't know which it is, actually I'm 99% positive its Disney World, he wants me to go to Myrtle Beach with him) for Myrtle Beach, do I really even want to extend the invitation to him when I book the trip? I just think it would be really fun with him. Not that it won't be fun with my mom... (I'm actually defensive when it comes to my mom because I know she has all sorts of obligations at home).

Well, last week I was sick (still am) and had lost 5 pounds. Everyone is like "OMG! Great job! And I'm like, not really, I'M SICK!" Well some how I woke up this morning weighing 10 pounds more. WTH?

Anyways, I'm semi-nervous about losing weight (or not). I mean, I don't have any shorts or anything and November isn't generally a cold time to go (knock on wood). And by the time November comes around, it'll probably be really hard to find shorts. I mean my store is even out of shorts. And I can't really buy shorts now, cuz I don't know what size I'll be. I mean, I am not letting that stop me from losing weight. If it means I have to buy jeans and have them made into shorts, I'll do that. I'd rather be skinny!

I was just reading another fellow Dis-er's pre-trip and it made me think of mine. I think she says something like no one ever reads these things so I can talk as long as I want or make it brisk. I'll say that is how I feel.

I think I have 3 months and 3 weeks to go. I suppose I can still lose my 10 pounds a month. I don't know what's going on. I've come to a plateau. Every 5 pounds a plateau. Really annoying. Like I watch what I eat, I exercise... nothing. What does my body want from me? Will I have to resort to starvation? (No I won't really... I've been there before and am definately not going back... and I want to be able to eat all the good yummy food at WDW.) I'm gonna get in another 40 - 50 minute hike again tomorrow and again on Thursday. Friday I work at 5, so if I feel like getting in another day, I'll do it. And Saturday I have another car show.

I need to pick up some lettuce so I can make salads. Also some chicken breast. Does anyone out there know how to make a good steak salad? I haven't had much luck, mostly because I can't find a good dressing.

Next week, what is my schedule? Sunday I'll work out. I'm not sure for the rest of my work schedule. I know I have Tuesday off because I'm going to go to Buffalo with my mom to drop my sister off at the airport (she's going to PHX). We'll also go to Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buy, and of course Build-A-Bear while we are out there. I think Thursday I work 8:30 - 12:30 so I can work out that day. I'm pretty sure I work 1 - 9:30 on Saturday. Other than that... I'm not sure. Have to get one more day in at least.

I was just informed that I may be sent to a local store to cover shifts which would lead to me working overtime. Not a big deal, I'll take the extra money.

Eric and I went for a hike yesterday. He says to me, "you have to do more than just this!" You know that's the thing with him. If he doesn't see it I'm not doing it. What's worse is I ask for support with stuff, he knows my hiking goes better when I have a friend with me. He's always been so unsupportive. When I was living with him I would wait and work out when he got home from work. Still didn't believe I was working out. Well I informed him I was doing stregth training also.

Anyways... During our hike I was talking about WDW and stuff... since I'm going by myself as of right now. Eric says to me "you think I'm not going with you?" Well what do you expect me to think when you tell me you are going to Myrtle Beach instead of WDW if you have a friend to go with you. Until the trip is paid for... I'm not expecting much from him.

He said he wants to have steak one night. I looked around and just didn't find any place that sparked my fancy enough. I said screw it or I'll show him menues some other time when I'm with him.

So I did some research on JetBlue. I am thinking maybe we'll spend the extra money for them. They offer DirectTv... which I think will be very beneficial for me since I have panic attacks on airplanes. I guess we'll see. JetBlue offers great flight times and direct flights both ways. Plus they don't charge to pick seats.

So, the new rumor is out that Disney is going to raise ticket prices. I'm buckling under the pressure and am going to book this week. I called Eric today and told him what was going on. His response was "I still don't know if I'm going." I told him "you have until Friday to let me know."

You would think he'd already know if he's going to Myrtle Beach or not already since it can't be more than 3 weeks away.

I am going and booking the trip for 2 people... but I'll be putting my mom's name on the reservation. I'm gonna run into problems if Eric doesn't go and my mom can't go. I guess I don't go.

Oh well.. gotta go to work... like always.

I continue to remain true to my philosophy of not booking my trip until a discount comes out.

Thursday night I got home from a dinner party and checked my email. There was something in it from "Disney Destinations." I checked it out and it was a PIN CODE!:woohoo: OMG! I have never gotten one before! I'm so excited. So I called and priced it out. The total came to $847.78. That is 7 nights at the Pop Century - standard view and 5 day MYW base tickets for two adults.

Yesterday I started to think something wasn't right, it seemed too cheap. It was 50% off the hotel. I mean that's a killer deal! So I called back yesterday morning from work and I didn't have my pin code. I gave her my "home" number and she told me there wasn't a "Becky (place my last name here)" in the system. All she had was "Rebecca" with my cell phone number. And there was no PIN there. I said "Ok, I'll just call back with the PIN." So I called my mom and got the code. I called back and gave the lovely CM my PIN. She had me verify my info and it was the wrong address (wrong street, city and state), but it was my correct "home" phone number and email. She put me on hold and came back and said she was able to update my info.

I had her price out my vaca again and it came out the same. She them told me I could hold it for 14 days before I needed to make a deposit (or I lose it). So I did that. She was really nice and I really liked her.

So as of 8/1 my vacation is booked. All I have to do is make my deposit, then pay it off in full by September. Oh, and book the plane tickets.

I think I'm going to try to get an ADR for Teppan Edo since we saved so much money.

So I booked ADRs at Teppan Edo. I guess regardless of who goes, we can eat there anyways.

Eric said something to his mom about going to WDW. She said to him "well here's your [car] insurance that you have to pay." I said to Eric "you have to talk to your dad. Your mom doesn't want to give anyone money."

So I am thinking Eric is going to go if he has the money.

I still have to book the plane tickets. I'm waiting until it gets closer to November and hope JetBlue lowers their prices again. If not, we're gonna book AirTran.

So, I can check off a few things off my list:
1) Book Vacation Package
2) Book ADRs

Mostly now I just have to pay off the package.

I bought a new phone yesterday. I got a Samsung Glyde. I knew I wanted the LG Voyager when it came out, but when I went in to check it out I saw the Glyde. I currently have a Samsung, so of course I have a preference. Not saying LG is bad, just never had one.

I went from a Nokia to a Samsung. That was a big change. This new one is quite a change from my old one, but at least I can type on it!

I was nervous at first. Mostly because of the cost of the new plan. But now I'm ok with it. I can always change it if I want.

My mom is gonna have a hard time trying to figure out how to use it! LOL!

Ok. I'm off to Buffalo to pick up my sister at the airport.

Alright... so things are really looking up! For the trip at least.

Last night Eric said to me "Why don't we watch those Disney shows I recorded for you? It'd be a good way to get us ready [for the trip]." Of course I was like "Sure!" And then told him how I plan on watching all my Disney dvds before the trip to get me pumped! I asked him if he has spoke with his dad for money for the trip and he said no and he needed to do it soon.

5 day until my deposit is due. I think I'll make it later today when I go home. I mean the deposit is going to be $200 if I go with Eric, my mom, or just myself.

Eric had recorded me Ultimate Thrill Makers on Discovery HD. I had never seen it before. When it got to ToT Eric said he wanted to ride it and I said "you just can't drink too much before and it will be the last ride we do because it makes me sick." Let me explain about Eric, if you hadn't read my previous trip report with him: he was really "sick" on the last trip. Pretty much he couldn't handle going from the hot (outside) to the cold (inside). it aggitated his tummy quite a bit. On the last trip were going to at least do a walk through of ToT, but Eric wasn't feeling well (and the wait was 45 min). I told him just to go back to the hotel himself. It's not like its hard, but he refused. Oh well. We're gonna arrive at Fantasmic much earlier this year too. We missed that cuz we didn't want to stand.

So, I had the whole meal thing figured out until Eric said he wanted steak and I got the killer discount on the room. So my ADRs are as follows: WCC, Ohana, Boma, and Teppan Edo.

This is kinda what our daily schedule will look like:

We are losing the fish and chips place in UK. Which I'm sure Eric is happy about since he doesn't like fish. I wanted to try them though. Oh well.

Well, I called to make my deposit today. They had the wrong address listed for me. I thought they fixed it last time. Of course who knows how many times they "fixed" my email and it never got done.

So I purchased a handbag for WDW. It's a smaller bag with rings on it so I can attach my over the shoulder strap to it. It's got a pic of Tink on it. I tried to find one with Mickey, no luck... I'll post a pic later.

So I called to price out the new discount code out to see if there is any better rate out there.

I called first thing this morning while I was getting ready for work. I was on hold for 40 minutes before I had to hang up to drive to work (no talking on the cell phone while you drive in NY). I knew I should have hooked my BlueTooth up before I called.

Anyways, I called again during my lunch break. 4 min wait. I asked her to price it out and it came out to the same price that we are paying now... time for a flashback.

Last night I went out with Eric and some of his friends. After they all went home, I asked him if he had spoke to his dad about WDW. He said he had forgotten and would talk to him tomorrow. I said ok. I came home and was channel surfing. Extreme Waterparks was on the Travel Channel. I saw they were going to showcase Blizzard Beach and called Eric and told him to watch it. While watching the show I started to feel like I wanted to do the waterparks while in WDW. Eric called me and said he wanted to go to the waterpark in Sandusky. I said I was thinking about adding the waterparks to our tickets for WDW already. Some point I called WDW and priced out how much it would cost to add the waterparks to our tickets. After the show was over we talked on the phone again and he said "what about if we add another 3 nights. I thought that was a bit extreme and decided 2 nights would be plenty. It would be roughly $50 a night, plus $50 per person for waterpark option, plus $40 a person per day for food and probably another $50 for drinks for the remainder of the trip.

Back to today. I priced out the new discount with the 9 nights and waterparks option. It came to $1065.02. I told her to book it. Afterwards I went and added all the numbers up and came to a total of roughly $1350 a person for the whole trip with that. I spoke with Eric and we decided the waterparks aren't that important.

I called back after I got out of work and switched my package back to my original 7 nights and no waterparks. The total is around $1000 per person. This includes $200 per person for airfare.

Speaking of airfare, AirTran has dropped their prices again. I wish JetBlue released their cheap tickets much farther in advance.

Eric told me he would speak to his dad today about the money (which he didn't btw), but he just got his "bonus" check from work and he would use that to pay for the trip. Whatever as long as he goes! :)

Just waiting for the money from Eric and to book our flights! I'm starting to get excited!

I told Eric I have to really start watching myself. So here's my plan for next week:
3 days x 30 - 60 min hikes
Do my ST program
Eat salad for lunch
Stay under 1500 calories each day.

I actually have 3 days off next week. I've been having a really hard time working out when I work 8 hour shifts and they are never at the same time.

So I think I said I'd post pics of the car show... here they are a month late!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Chambersburg, PA. It was very nice. We got a king room.
