Happy for Philly fans. I’m still a grumpy Yankees/NY Rangers fan this morning. At least the NY Giants and NYCFC won yesterday. So it was a mixed sports day for me. Please beat Houston Philly. Oh, and Philly please lose to NYCFC on Sunday. Seeing Philly having a better season in 2 sports over NY in one week would be really irritating.

And to think the Cubs were 6-0 against the Phillies this year and we didn't even make first round wild card. What's up with that? Ha. . Go Phillies.

20 hours or so after they won, I keep asking myself, did this really just happen and they are actually going to the World Series after 11 years of not getting to post season.

I'll admit after they were 22-29 when Girardi was fired, I didn't think they would get to the post season but they played so well after that.

Bryce has been amazing this post season. It seems like everyone is stepping up. Rhys was those huge home runs after so defensive mistakes, Wheeler pitching like a Cy Young winner.

The old AFL doesn’t count in my book.

And they lost the Clippers and Chargers to LA.

Absolutely amazing! Who would’ve thought the Phillies would be heading to the World Series just a few weeks ago?! This team is special and I cannot wait for the World Series! Four more wins!

I have been at every home game this season - postseason included and I still can not believe it!! From barely making the Wild Card to World Series contenders, just incredible! Four more wins - lets's go!!

But now I'll be annoyed if they lose the World Series to those cheaters.
