I have 150 points available for rent THIS MONTH ONLY (March '05). These are banked points so I cannot transfer them to another DVC member (wish I could!). The asking price is $8 per point.
I called Member Services today and there are 1 bedrooms available on some Friday & Saturday nights this month at Wilderness Lodge (11-12), Saratoga Springs (10-11-12, 18-19, 25-26), Old Key West (16-17-18-19), and Boardwalk (25-26). There was also a 2 bedroom available at Beach Club (18-19). There weren't any studios at any locale on any date.
Keep in mind this was availability *today*. It changes day by day, but I wanted to give an idea of what is out there at this time.
