all day dining on new years even @ seaworld

hi, i have been looking at the all day dining at seaworld.
but it doesnt give much info online if they do not allow you to use on certain dates.
im wanting to know if im able to use the all day dining on new years eve?
also does anyone know what time the resturants will shut on that day.

we are looking at getting the all day dining because my father id disabled so if we had this we could be in there all day and he can keep going into places for a little bit to eat and for warmth etc as it does get cold at that time of year in evenings

No black out dates for the all day dining. We used it last new yrs eve for our trip. The restaurants usually close 30 mins before park closing. Some may close earlier but there is always a few open til right before park closing.
