All booking down by phone

Trying to make my reservations, according to the CM at 7 and again at 7:30 the system is down and was told to try back again in 15-20 minutes.

eta: they can make reservations but not 180+10

I just tried at 7:55am and was told by a CM to try back in an hour.

It's down by computer, too. You are able to make reservations for 9/11, but not for any dates forward.

When are you going? It looks like we will be there at the same time, if you are trying to make reservations now.

I was just finally able to get through by phone. We are going Sept 11-17, got everything we wanted! Wish I didn't have to wake up so early for nothing lol.

Yay! I finally got through, too, at 8:54am! We are going September 11-17, too! We were able to get everything we wanted, too, and I am so surprised!

Where are y'all staying? We'll be there at the same time!

That was a nightmare this morning. Tried at 6 am online to make reservations and kept getting server busy message. Called twice this morning and all computers were down, and finally on the third try was able to make reservations. Started making the reservations, and thought everything was fine until he started entering my credit card info for the ones that need a hold on them. The system was still having problems, which resulted in my credit card being flagged (according to the cm, so I couldn't keep making reservations) called credit card company and was told I was the second person who called about this and there was no problem with my card, it was on disney's end.
