what a bargin.....
Had quote from thomson online for £2792 for 2 adults 2 children (that was with £200 online discount if i booked then and now) for the 16th aug to 30th at quality inn international.
i rang local branch and they said if i booked with them they would match it as long as i print quote off.
so the holiday came with free car but had to pay for insurance through thomson. which was very expensive. I rang thomson main office and spoke to very nice women who told me that i could get car alot cheaper through alamo itself. (very nice lady)
so went on to alamo and tried to get quote for next august, dont do as to far in advance online so tried it for this aug 07. special offer. 7 seater mini van so guess what i did??
printed off quote and took it along with the holiday quote to thomson. guess what they matched car hire aswell. i think they are doing anything to book holidays at moment.
so for £3130.97 i have 2 week holiday to quality inn international main weeks and fully insured 7 seater mini van.
only £99 depoist and £15 depoist to alamo
just gotta pay the thing now.
