All acess card at HRH Totally worth it

in answer to your questions:
as far as i am aware you do not have to renew the card but you have to use the balance that comes with the card within 24 months

didn't have card when i booked, got it after. just showed it when i checked in and was as simple as that.

yes i am from uk joined and took a couple of weeks to come. also got a free bag and pin as well as the card

used the card to purchase a t-shirt from hard rock cafe as i thought you got $20 credit to use in eith the shop or cafe. Was pleasently suprised to discover there was $30 on my card. not sure if there was suppose to be as the website said $20 but hey ill take it. lol. You can use to get to front of the line at hard rock cafe but i had already booked a table so didn't need to.
hope this helps

So just to clarify, you had $20 credit as soon as you got the card? I saw some fine print that said you'd get $20 credit after you spent $200. I'm just a little confused. Thanks so much for your extra insight on this.

You get a $20 credit when you first get the card, then for every $200 spent at cafe and Rock Shop you get an additional $20 credit(s).

When I got mine(Seattle,wa) , I recived a 5.00 credit and points torads the 20.00!. I never seen 20.00 credit, this Is the frist Ive herd of It. I hope to be getting a upgrade when we are there In July,we booked a standard room:cool1:

Ok, sorry to be a pain...............
If you are in the UK you can purchase this card on the website and have it mailed to you before you travel.
It has $20 credit on it and then you earn more credit for every $200 that you spend.
And when you check in you just show them the card and get your up-grade? Or do you have to let them know when booking that you have the card?!!

Sounds like you got an AMAZING up-grade!!
Debsx:)

:thumbsup2I mentioned when booking that I've got an all access card and was told do not travel without it and remember to show it on the day at check in to see if there are any rooms avail for upgrades. Although I'm going 2 days after the opening of wwohp the odds of me getting anything are slim :lmao: but live in hope...

Possible Problem... I just called HRH to tell them I had an All Access card and she asked me if I ordered it online or got it at the hotel. I told her I ordered it and she told me it doesn't work at HRH and that they have their own card. She said it was free and that I could get an application at check in and that it is good for upgrades and such. So I guess I spent $27 for nothing. Well, scratch that, I can still use my credit at the cafe and I got a bag and a pin. So, I guess I will have two All Access Hard Rock cards.
Anyone else had this problem?:confused3
We leave tomorrow!!!:banana::banana::banana::banana:

That's interesting! It doesn't seem right though. Here is the part of the terms and conditions on the website regarding the all-access card you purchase on the website:

Hotel room upgrades are subject to availability at time of hotel check-in and are applicable at the Hard Rock Bali, Orlando, Macau, Pattaya, and Penang Hotel locations. Hotel upgrades are subject to blackout periods and not available in conjunction with other discounts and promotions. All Access members must provide All Access membership information and request an upgrade at hotel check-in. Where applicable, upgrades are limited to the next category of room booked. Upgrades are not available on Club Level rooms and suites at the Hard Rock Hotel Orlando.

Please let us know what you find out!

Not if we get there first :laughing: JK, we will "see" you there at the same time. Are you getting excited, it is soon!! Wishing you a happy trip, short lines, and a sweet upgrade!

Anyway, got my card in the mail and I'm in love with my little backpack/bag thingie. I will definitely use that on my park days.

Would be good of we did get there first - then they told the celebs 'I'm sorry that you've got move from this suite - we've got all access members here watiing for their upgrade' I can dream!

I'm sooo excitied I can't quite put it into words I leave for Orlando next Saturday - will be spending the first wk of my trip going to Disney then the second wk heading over to the HRH but only for one night. Its slightly cheaper then buying the express passes on their own. Thanks for wishing me a happy trip with short lines - Hoping for the same for you :cool2:

just ordered mine this week and I am going to US at the end of Aug. I am hoping that I will receive it in the mail before then! I ordered the free one a while back and it took two and a half months to receive. I am cutting it close.

Okay! Just got back and the all access card worked fine. We got our early check in (room was ready at 7am!) and late check out (noon). We also got a cute cake for a birthday girl in our group waiting in our room when we got back from the parks. Club level was great and we will, with out a doubt, go back!!:banana:

We received a upgrade to a pool view and the fitness center was free to use!!!! I love it!:cool1:
