Thanks! It was so weird but there were A LOT of openings for Palo almost every night. Maybe a sign of the economy?

Thanks! I am so excited, it is slowly starting to feel real now! For the longest time I couldn't believe the cruise was actually going to happen but now that it is paid off and the excursions are booked it feels real!

Thanks, it is going to be great! It will be my first time in the Caribbean but I can see myself vacationing there often in the future. Nothing I love more than lying around on a nice beach soaking up the sun.

I am so excited! I am sure it will be an absolute dream. Only 2 months and a bit to go, Better go jump on the treadmill, I have been so lazy!

OMG! I just experienced the attack of the demon toilet!

I was sitting at my computer when all of the sudden I heard this really loud and scary gurgling type noise coming from the basement bathroom. I went to check it out and the toilet was possessed! The water was gurgling and bubbling and spraying everywhere and making this really horrific sound. It was frightening! I yelled for Erich to come check it out but he was too slow and it had stopped right before he showed up. The sink in the bathroom and in the laundry room were also making really strange noises. It was so bizarre! The bathrooms and the sinks upstairs were unaffected though.

We heard work being done outside and there was a big Utilities truck down the street at the sewer but holy they should warn people if their work is going to effect the house like that! I was afraid our pipes were going to explode or something! Not to mention the bathroom floor was covered in water from the toilet possession.

Our poor cat Hobbes was so scared by the whole ordeal that his tail completely puffed up and he was cowering in a corner. Poor kitty.

So I think I am going to go ahead and make a ressie for Jiko. I have been salivating over that Filet and Mac and Cheese for a long time so I am just going to say the heck with the money and treat myself to a nice meal.

I had that when I ate there and it was nice, the steak was lovely but the mac and cheese was a bit of a strange combination for me

Well I did it, I changed the hotel reservation back to Pop.

I got both of the excursions that I wanted and dinner at Palo (even though I really wanted brunch).

I'll probably love it, I love different combinations and flavors of cheeses when it comes to mac and cheese. It is pretty much the only way in which I could be termed an adventurous eater.

Yeah, I am a bit disappointed to not be staying there but I figure that at this point in my life with school coming up and the bad exchange rate it is better to save the money as I have the rest of my life and many more Disney trips in which to splurge.

I think its fitting to have plumbing problems now that you're going on a cruise!

I am so jealous! We want to go on a disney cruise for our 10 year. Austin would be 3 and Jenny 7. We shall see, though. Depends on if we have another baby between now and then. I said 3 was the youngest we would take. We have never left our kids over night...so traveling without them is a no go.The photos are so beautiful enjoy your trip. I can't wait to read all about it when you get back!

I was actually thinking about dragging the suitcase out this morning. A lot of the clothes I am going to be taking I won't be able to wear much before the trip anyways as it won't be warm enough up here yet. I feel a bit silly packing two months early though.

Actually I am usually a last minute packer. I plan ahead in my mind what I am going to take but I don't usually pack until the day before, sometimes the day of.

That would drive me nuts. I have a hard enough time packing one time around let alone multiple times.
