I know it was rough, but do-able, pre-covid....is it impossible now? I am taking my daughter down in June to tour UCF and we are going to Disney for 1 day and have lofty expectations of trying to do a multi-park day. Thoughts?

I would think right now it's probably not possible. If I'm not mistaken, you can't park hop until after 2:00 PM.

Depends on park hours and your ultimate goals. We did 3 parks in January and could have easily finished at MK if we had wanted to. We started at AK for Safari, Flight of Passage, Everest, and Dinosaur... all done well before noon. Bused to Beach Club and walked over to the IG, they let us in at about 1:45 and we had lunch at Yorkshire County Fish. We then hopped the Skyliner for DHS where we hit Tower of Terror, and Rock N' Rollercoaster, done by 5:30. We could easily have bused over and finished the night at MK...

I say go for it... Start at the park that opens earliest, usually AK and finish at the park that closes latest. Take the Skyliner between DHS and EPCOT.

You may not be able to maximize time when hopping to the first park because buses don't run park to park until about 1:30, that is why we bused to Beach Club and walked over, plus we wanted to enter through the IG because we were there for lunch.

Depending on park hours in June, it could be possible just very limited time at the parks you hop to and will probably feel rushed but definitely could be done.
EX:
Park A until 1:15-1:30
Park B 2pm until 4ish
Park C 4:30 to 630ish
Park D most likely would be Epcot as they have been open the latest from 7p til..whenever

Oh now this sounds like it could be do-able. So park hoppers dont start until 2pm (which I forgot) but you can park hop as many times as you want after 2pm?

With the shortened hours, I'm not sure it would be worth trying to do unless you want to do it just to say you did.
Even if you drive from park to park, you are spending a lot of time for transportation.
With no fastpasses, unless the crowds are very light, you wouldn't have time to do more than 1-2 attractions after the first park.

It's possible but I'm not sure enjoyable. We have done it a couple of times pre-Covid and had fun but don't think we'd try it right now.

The challenge I would see is you would spend a lot of time going from park to park and with restricted PH hours and reduced park hours, you many not get much done in each park.

Totally doable though if you want to try!

Yes you can definitley do it but i'd plan out what you want to get done, and arrive 30 minutes before opening time of the park that you want the most time at!

Definitely possible, but as the others said it might not be enjoyable. Not being able to hop until 2pm currently really makes 4 parks hard. If that restriction changes before your trip it would be much more doable.

I think it would be fun and doable even with the 2pm limit on park hopping. You just have to set your expectations that you will not do all the top rides in each park. I would start with the park that you think you would do the most in and then end up at the park which is open last.

Will you be staying onsite? If not, getting back to your car may be problematic.

Don’t forget the park you are hopping to has to have capacity. Hollywood studios reservations might sell out first, so if ROTR is important, mark that as your park with reservation and then hop to whichever park has availability. Disney has to allow people with park reservations reentry.

Currently, you can’t ride ROTR if you don’t have HS as your first park with reservation for that day (you can’t hop until after 2 pm; boarding groups are given out at 7am from your hotel/flight and 1 pm in park (I believe requires you to be scanned in).

you can use the skyliner to hop to Epcot. I’m not sure if the monorail is running in June but you could take that to MK if it closes at 10 pm (park hours haven’t been posted yet). Remember breaks for lunch and dinner and ride waits are 60 minutes or more for too rides in the summer.

I did three in one day...granted, two of them were Universal parks but I could have easily made it back to Epcot for the evening if I wanted.

Under current conditions, I don't think I would attempt all 4 Parks in one day. The inability to go to the 2nd Park until 2:00PM, along with early closing hours...I don't think doing all 4 would be worthwhile for me.

I've done all four parks in one day post-covid - back in October (VIP Tour) and twice on my January.

Some tips from January hopping (VIP Tour takes you from park to park):

If you have a car, it's worth it to pay the extra $$ for the "premium parking" so you're up closer to the entrance.
Start with the park that opens first (usually AK).
The hopping time is 2 PM But I've found on my last two trips that we could tap in closer to 1:45 so arrive at your 2nd park early.

Last but not least, take it easy the day after. We had fun doing it but we were TIRED the next day for sure!

(edited for clarifications)

You are asking for thoughts: With the short park hours and the EPCOT monorail not running - I would not wish to do four parks in one day. I am not sure I would want to do four parks on a good day. I like more of a relaxing visit and not so much time going between parks. My opinion: you asked for thoughts.

I'm guessing you did a VIP tour or something in October? Since park hopping was not permitted then.
