Alice's Maze - is it open now? Anyone just come back?

It was closed for refurbishment earlier in the year

We got back on wednesday and it was open while we were there.

i was there last week too, but i hate to say it didn't look like much was repainted to me...

the red border below the shrubs looked particularly bad. i was disappointed as i thought they would be doing extensive repairs and repainting. i love this attraction and cannot wait to see it looking pristine once more!

Maybe its ongoing then?? Some bits looked repainted to me, but I don't know if it was all done...

i actually thought it would be closed when i visited as i'd heard it would be closed for the whole of september, i was well pleased when i saw it open though!

maybe the refurb team are repairing different features at different times, as the whole maze might be shut for a long time if they tried to do everything at once!
