Alice on the Tea Cups

My family and I were at WDW during the first week of August this year. Around 9:30 am we were riding the tea cups at the MK . Then all of a sudden I noticed ALice getting on the cups with two little girls!

I have heard rumors that the first family on Pooh rides with Tigger and that Goofy is on the Barnstormer first thing in the morning... But I never reall believed these stories.... And what made it even more unusal was the fact that it was 30 minutes into the day....

Has anyone else had an experience like this, or SEEN a character riding on their ride?

What you saw COULD have been a "Make a Wish" or similar, situation.

We were in WDW sept 09 & saw Alice on the tea cups riding w/ a little girl, then saw her going from ride to ride w/ her. I must say I was wishing it was my little girl she was riding with

in october last year we were waiting to get on the teacups and alice AND white rabbit walked up and started talking to the kids. they picked a little girl out and alice rode w/ her. after that, they stuck around and signed autographs for a long time.

I thought she was there a lot because we've seen the same thing for the last 2 years. We also saw kids riding on the Magic Carpets with Alladin and Genie last year. One thing we like at WDW over DL is that the characters seem to be everywhere at WDW and we never saw them at DL.

I agree with this. And it used to be different. You used to see the characters out all over DL, but this past summer they were very hard to find.

We saw Alice and White Rabbit on the teacups more than once last April. It wasn't first thing in the morning either. The first time was around noon.

We saw the Queen of Hearts get in the teacups once. Not with a family, she needed the whole cup to herself. She put on quite the dramatic show getting in, then pretended to get sick during the ride and when it ended, she staggered off and pretended to puke over the side of the railings.

During our 2007 trip me and my mom went on the tea cups with not only Alice but the Mad Hatter, Tweedle Dee, and Tweedle Dum. It was so exciting they were in the cups right next to ours. My brothers girlfriend video taped our magical experience too, it was a great memory

Also the year previous we got to ride the Magic Carpets of Aladdin with Aladdin, Jasmine and the Genie on the Carpet in front of us.

It's just a matter of right place, right time really and we just got lucky, twice

Yes, it happened to us!!! It was BEYOND magical!

we too have seen it several times. I've seen Alice, Rabbit, the Mad Hatter and the Queen as well as the Tweedles.

Yes it happens. Was there 2 weeks ago and at 11:30am my brother and I rode with Alice and the White Rabbit!

When DD15 was 4 or 5, we were the only people in line for Goofy's Barnstormer and Goofy came up to ride with us. He was so huge that DD didn't want to sit with him. So we rode behind him with Goofy putting on a fabulous show for DD the entire ride. It was very cool.

Oh this is so neat! It would be my girls' dream to ride on the magic carpets with Jasmine and Aladdin!

We were there the first week of March this year and Alice had just exited the Teacups when we arrived. She then posed for pictures just outside the ride area.
