Alice in Wonderland closing?

Has anyone heard if Alice in Wonderland is closing in Sep.? I saw this on an article on MiceChat. I know this has been rumored for a while about when it will get a Refurb. I was wondering if anyone has heard anything new on this and how long the refurb is supposed to take?

I read that they're supposed to be fixing the safety railings on the outdoor portion of the ride in September, but as far as I've seen it hasn't appeared on any schedule boards as being closed

This has been rumored for awhile. The outside portion of the ride has been kind of ruined the last two years with a temporary fix to a safety issue. Now they are going to fix the railing without ruining the view as they did last time. The sooner the better.

I despise the atrocious appearance of the Alice attraction ever since they slapped that stuff hastily in there. Riding along the leaves at the top just isn't the same anymore... so, that being said... I ULTRA-APPROVE OF THIS!!!
