Several of the restaurants have free wifi. Its fairly common for patrons.

Just do a google search for "(city name) free wifi". You'll get plenty of hits telling you where it is. Or ask a CM onboard,some of them will have that information.

As someone previous Said ask a cast member. They will know the free wifi places at every port.
