Less rain and not cold, sorry if I posted before. Thank you in advance

Weather is tough to call in Alaska. I hear July is best. Both our cruises were mid June and both had good weather. First Alaska cruise we hit a heat wave.

We had fantastic weather in early June. Chilly at times, so you could believe that you were actually in Alaska (I'd feel weird cruising there in 80 degree weather), but not really cold, and I'm a Southerner who hates being cold. Almost no rain, even in Ketchikan we lucked out and had a beautiful clear blue sky. Still some snow capping the mountains, but not too much ice to make Endicott difficult. Lots of seals in Endicott. It was a very special cruise.

We sailed the last week in May and had amazing weather. We were coat free on glacier day when there wasn't a cloud in the sky. Plus May is cheaper.

We went mid-August. Juneau was hot (80ish). Skagway was cold (50ish) and rainy. Victoria was hot (80ish). Lol. We needed all the clothes.

We went beginning of August and had what they call the true Alaska experience. It rained. But not constantly. We still had a blast!
