Congrats to all who booked their shore excursions & Palo ressies last night. All of your plans look wonderful. I think this is going to be the best cruise experience ever.![]()
I am also booked on the July 19th cruise to Alaska and will be getting married on the cruise. Hope to meet some of you on the ship!
I couldn't get a brunch at Palo for the four of us, but I did book an 11:00 for just DH and I on the Tracy Arm day. I'm sure my boys won't mind skipping brunch and sleeping in! I might try to add them once we get on the ship, or then again, brunch with just the two of us might be kind of nice!![]()
I booked our Palo stuff first and then booked excursions, we are a party of 3 and I know the last time I cruised we had trouble booking lager tables for Palo because there are more 2 tops there than anything else. I would book whatever is the most important to you first.I will be going through the booking process for our August cruise soon and need some advice from those of you who just went through it.
Which seemed to book up first...Palo or your most wanted excursions? Was Palo tea available as well as brunch and dinner? If so, what days are the tea and brunch available? I'm wondering which must do I need to try to book first in hopes of getting everything we want.
Thanks for the help!
This is the schedule I have seen floating around on the various meet threads:Does anyone have a clue about which night is the "formal night?"
I've got a Mickey bowtie and cumberbund that I've been saving for just this occassion!
I am SOOOOO excited!

For brunch by the time I got in the reservations system (15 minutes of Mickey swimming) my choice was 11:30am for Brunch on Tracy Arm day or the last sea day and Tea was only available at 3pm on any of the sea days, dinner was limited to nights 1, 6, & 7 for us.

Oh darn. My Palo dinner is booked on semi-formal night at 7:00 pm. Now I'm really not sure if I should keep it or not.![]()
Semi-Formal night is our Ketichican night and considering we don't get to port until 1:40 and most of the excursions run late that anyone who is going ashore and has the early seating is going to miss lobster night. I am really hoping that once the Alaska cruises begin that people will start to complain about this and move semi-formal night to another day.
I saw on the May 3rd cruise board that someone will be doing a live blog during their cruise and she was kind enough to share the link with me: http://www.carol-anne.ca/disney%20room.htm
