Just booked the Fairmont Pacific Rim for a couple of pre-nights!

Just got off the Magic yesterday morning and I am happy to say that the prices for the cruise hadn't changed, so I was able to get my original booked Disney reservation to be switched over to my on board booking and saved over $700 So that REALLY made my day.

But yesterday morning we had quite the surprise...the Wonder was also docked at Port Canaveral!! Such a surprise, unforunately I wasn't able to get a picture with both ships in it like I had wanted. But in talking to a manager in the dining room, the Wonder is already behind schedule. All of the Magic crew was invited over from 12-3 to check out the Wonder and they were excited but she said that there was going to be a lot of upset people on the Wonder today, because it isn't in the tip-top shape that people come to expect in sailing on a ship just off of dry dock. But from the Magic, you could see the new observation deck that they put on, so hopefully in the next few days people that were on the Wonder will post their pictures.

Thats great! I am surprised that you were able to book it already. WE are planning for around a week prior but are looking at the Sutton Place and getting a suit with a kitchen. There is also a Safeway right next door. There are also 5 of us so will need the extra space.

We're not sure if we want to do a few days in Seattle and then a few in BC before the cruise. Never been to Seattle and might never get there any other way. We'll see.

It has to dry dock at least one more time before we go I would have to assume. We have time...still over 600 days!

It probably won't drydock again until after our cruise. I think it's every 2 years??

That's what I thought and that is why they did the outlook thingy....or what ever you want to call it this time around. But if they did such a shabby job...than in 2 years the ship will be yucky. But I thought maybe I missed something about going in again before Alaska cruises.

Will have to figure out when it looks like there is a break in the itineraries around 2 years from know and see when she will go back in again.

Either way I am tickled pink that we have a ship here on the west coast....Yucky or not for Alaska

It seems there was a big start and interest has tapered off. Is there a place to check for availability?

I don't think it IS filling up. Pricing is the same now as it was when we booked.

So it seems that I was picked again for the DCL House party....so much to do and so little time.

I still have the last link on my siggy from the first one I did. I just love looking at all the DCL pictures on that link that I never deleted it

I have not been over to the
