Alaska - Lunch recommendations for Skagway, Icy Strait Point, & Ketchikan

We are going on an early June Alaska cruise and after now having booked our port adventures, it appears that we will have our lunch time's free in Skagway, Icy Strait Point, and Ketchikan. Of course we could return to the Disney Magic for "free" lunches (as in already paid for), but we could just as easily find places in the towns. Any recommendations for lunch in these three ports?
