That's exactly what we are hoping Paula, but we also realize it will ruin us for all future cruises.

The 1st 14 nighter I took, I actually was in tears when I left the Magic That was the 05 EBPC. When I booked it for 2008, it was 15 nights and we did the 1st ever 5 nighter BTB. Now I am still a little sad after I get off, but I try to not fly home the day of and at least take a night or two before we officially head home. It's been really easy out of Port Canaveral or LA since we use DVC points for the rooms, but this one had to pay so only 1 night after.

It has really been a killer not booking on the Dream and waiting for the Fantasy to come out. I am so glad I have had this cruise to look forward to We are booked on the Fantasy for BTB--I sure am keeping my fingers crossed that I can afford to go on the 1st week when payment is due

I am able to log in, and I booked a Palo dinner and the Disney lumberjack show; I just can't seem to check in yet.

So frustrating. Anyone else having check in issues?

You can check in after 9 in the morning That doesn't start until DCL opens for some reason

Palo is brunch for 2 and only on Sept 1 (time was 11a or 11:30a) so I grabbed that for my parents and will see about getting a ressie for the 3 of us on board.

I also got my dinner ressie for the three of us for my Dad's Bday night in case we cant get the brunch ressie on board.

The excursions are open so as planned I am just gonna wait and see ~ will probably do my "on own" stuff like I planned....

Happened by on this thread on accident. We are booked on the June 28th cruise. We couldn't check in online until the next day. Was able to book all excursions but not register. Not sure why...

I don't know what happened. I did as you suggested and logged in a second or two after 6pm...wouldn't let me do anything! So I logged out and logged in again. This time I was successful..so maybe my computer clock is just a little off?

It shouldn't be a problem to add you to the ressie on board. Did you by chance try to see if you could just book a table for yourself for brunch at the same time? If so book that

I have got my ressies and will report on that later, but I can't figure out ON line Check in, so I can get a boarding time. When I go to the page there nothing more then a video and special forms. How do I get a time?

They won't let you do that part until tomorrow at 9am...so we gotta go back on later and finish our check in procedures.

But it seems kinda dumb to me cuz if you can do the ressies on line I don't understand why you can't just do the rest....or why disney would need to be open when you do?

Anyhow, glad you got all your ressies!

I am gonna try. I want to either add me or get it changed cuz we really wanted that last sea day but will take whatever we can get.

Which is why I took the dinner...Dad isn't to happy cuz now he's gotta go buy a jacket and asked me if Salvation Army sells them told him not sure cuz when would people here need a coat and tie unless they are a lawyer.

You have until I think it is 3 days before the cruise to get all registered online No need to do it in the morning

Skagway - catch the 8am ferry to Haines, spend time until noon and come back on the 1pm ferry. Then have lunch at the Sweet Tooth Cafe, go to the visitor center watch the movie and do the 1 hour walking tour. Then depending on how things go...shop. I only have one place I want to find which is North Star Treasures.

Juneau - catch the blue bus to Mendenhall Glacier. Do the visitor center, hike to the falls. Return to town and shop at Glacier Smoothie Soaps and Alaska Fudge Co. If the weather is good, head up Mt. Roberts, have lunch and check it out. If the weather is not good, have lunch in town and do the Alaska Museum.

Ketchikan - Do the Adventure Audio Tour around town, see some Totem Poles, Creek Street, Funicular and of course, shop.

Most of this will be on my own (unless my parents want to come).

Don't mean to laugh, thanks for the thought! but I will NEVER get him into a tie.

So I suggested he wear his nice Aloha Shirt and a jacket over it to go in. If he gets uncomfortable, he can take the jacket off while he eats and then put it back on when we are ready to leave. He seemed kinda okay with this....Being retired he doesn't even wear Aloha Shirts that much anymore.
